Property Ratings at Brandywine Gardens Apartments
We've been living in our apartment for a little over a month now, and everything has been amazing! Usually you expect to have to wait for responses from the office staff or maintenance, etc. But this has been the best experience in an apartment that I've ever had. Every issue that we've had, we've communicated with Brittnii in the office, and everything has been taken care of.
They are a great place to live . Super quiet . Management takes care of you . Kids feel safe and at home
I have lived at Brandywine Gardens for the past 5 years. If it wasn't for me relocating to Tulsa I probably would have lived here for several more years. The price is great and the whole staff here is very pleasant and friendly. I have always felt safe here and have never had any major issues. Kent the maintenance man is the best! He is very friendly and always willing to help with any apartment issues or fixes that need to be made. The pool is really nice and a fun place to hang out in the summer. Carol the complex manager is great as well. She makes the complex a fun place to live. They even have a christmas decorating contest. This place has definitely became my home and I have enjoyed living here.
Brandywine is a comfortable apartment complex with a nice pool, some mature trees and a lot of long-term residents. The last point demonstrates it's a good value. The location is good for OU and for local employers, although it's not so hot for commutes to OKC. The apartments are not flashy or classy, but they are well maintained by employees who live here and know their stuff. The owners have re-invested steadily, most recently with new roofs and siding. The staff are easy to work with and unfailingly friendly. The only downside for me has been the old and inefficient AC, which is only a problem in the hottest months. It works fine, but it's more expensive than I'm used to.
