Brandywine Apartments

I toured the property first after a phone call with someone from the office and I was excited because they said they are the best in Delano but when I got there totally different. The staff is not professional, the manager was rude, and the property was okay for being low income housing but the tour was awkward not sure if the lady was new or just didn’t know what she was doing. Very unprofessional.

It’s always so peaceful here I’d recommend it to everyone !! Everything is so convenient as well, you have gas stations near by as well as a lot of food options! And the freeway entrance is so close !

Been here for only a short time but the staff are super helpful and kind always there to help you with whatever they can They make living here at brandywine a great experience and are always doing eventd for the residents and the families

Great place to live! Everything is very clean maintenance is in it always! Neighborhood is quiet no noise complaints at all! Staff is all very helpful

I love where I live just can't stand the rent increases!!! I enjoy the peace and quiet of the grounds. I like living where neighbors are considerate of their neighbors always a plus!!!

Over a year living here and we love it! A very family friendly environment and they do so many events for the tenants. Management is great and they are quick to respond when it comes to any maintenance issue. A great place to call home.

What can I say? I love living here. The staff in the office are very efficient, they keep everything very organized, they do their best to live comfortable, They do events for us tenants and that keeps us positive to continue living here. I know that there are rules and it is understandable. at first it was a little difficult for me because we were used to the same thing, but when you follow the rules and then you get used to living more comfortably without any problems. The very friendly maintenance guys always greet us Just like the girl who cleans the apartments they are in charge of ensuring that we do not lack of anything in our apartment and those in charge of having this beautiful place very clean always. And finally, I've been living here for almost 11 years and I don't think I'll never leave. I love these apartments the area fascinates me thank you very much Brandywine for making me and my family live very comfortable.??????

I love it here! When you move to Brandywine Apartments you don’t just get a sweet caring team, you get a new family. They’ve truly made me feel so loved & cared for here. I do not plan on leaving anytime soon!

Very nice and clean quiet and calm place to live. I’ve been here for 5 months and have never had any issues since I moved. They are very helpful with different programs with paying rent, and are very involved with their community with actives for all holidays.

After living here for around 4 months it’s still quiet and nice, no one bothers and there hasn’t been anything out in the ordinary. I want to that the mangers for making us feel at home here.

We had a great experience with the staff. Always on top of maintenance request . Enjoyed all community events they organized. Very welcoming apartments complex.

The greatest place to live by far! All the staff is amazing very caring, professional. Definitely a great environment to have the kids in. I will always 100% recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I love how comfortable my children are. The staff is always involving the residents in events and it’s helped my kids make friends bear by. It’s comforting knowing my kids enjoy living here.

I've lived here for many years. My apartment is close to the laundry room, the pool, the mailboxes, and the trash enclosure. I guess you can say I'm in a good spot. I'm comfortable and happy here. The manager and staff are the best. This really is more than just an apartment complex it's an apartment community.

i love it here its so calming and its a chill neighborhood. everyone is nice and every time i pass by somebody they smile at me. its amazing out here

Love the staff here always greeting whenever they cross paths with you always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have As well as the staff here they always go out and beyond for residents to build a good vibe by hosting community events and gatherings For everyone to enjoy and have a good time

Our resident experience in the first month has been a quiet and peaceful one. Even with maintenance working extra hard to make this community look as nice as can be they don’t disturb the peace here. Everything has gone above and beyond our expectations. I’ve lived in one other apartment complex previously and the professionalism of this management team is by far better than the other. If there’s a problem, they correct it right then and there. The cleanliness of the complex is outstanding, you can tell they truly care about how it looks. There are some complexes that you just don’t feel safe living at, Brandywine is the complete opposite. I never have to worry about my safety when I’m there alone or having to worry about something happening overnight. Would definitely recommend living here to others.

All staff is respectful and supportive to me. I have lived here 15 years and Brandywine apartments is the best complex in Delano to live at it is a quiet and clean place to live.

From the 1st time I even applied, I really had no hope that I would even qualify to be able to live here, then I came in Veronica and anisa were very friendly and informative, they helped me get everything done, answered all questiones I had and helped me every single step of the way from multiple calls to txt messages, they made everything easy for me to get moved in, they were very patient with me and my kids. I am happy that I was able to move in and

I love the Brandywine! It's the best resident experience...it's wonderful and most of everyone minds their business! The maintenance does great job and always stay communicating with residents!

The environment is really clean, staff are communicative, and much parking for the residents. Had an issue with a neighbor and staff handed the situation same day.

It’s been fun living here the open space for the kids and the plenty of grass, my only recommendation is maybe adding a gate around the whole community to keep the homeless from getting in and out go the trash cans and even would be safer for the kids seeing as how the community is close to one of the busiest streets where even cops are going 70 mph in a 40 zone. Overall all good experience would renew but not stay here forever

Everyone always has a smile on their face, especially the managers. Love this immunity, and can’t wait for the new laundry rooms as well. The old washers were breaking so much!

Quiet area and very easy to drive around to near by errands. It also has a very conviene access to the 99 north ramp and easy exit coming south

I recently moved here and so far it's been a placent experience, I love how engaged with the apartment community they are. They pay attention to the little details and make us feel comfortable to tell them any problems we have, so far in my opinion it's worth living here!

Management never pick up when we call to front office, never check emails of complains of the residents. People be parking in residents parking spot. The apartments are falling apart. Paint is fading. There are no laws for other residents being loud at nights and slamming doors all day and night.

This was my first ever appartment I have been at and I am amazed by how quiet community is, I love it. It's great for those who want to start living in an apartment. It's not expensive, very affordable. Would suggest 2 incomes coming in though...

Overall quiet and pleasant. No problems which is always a plus! I have lived here for over 20 years and I enjoy the peace and quiet of the complex.

Hi everyone; my experience at Brandywine has been incredible due to all the details that comes with it all together. This is our second year here, and we are very happy and continues to grow as we enjoy all the hospitality, staff always making sure we are taken care of, the cleanliness, fixing our parking area, which I never heard anyone else done to their renters before, and that incredible peace here, and ofcourse affordable, yet beautiful and comfortable as well. We now have more friends that are choosing this area, and experience those details that make this place so exciting and different. I love it here and recommend anyone looking for a safe, profesional, detailed, cozy and affordable with staff always on site, to come and experience what we are. ????
