Brandy Mill

This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years even though the same person is managing it and it has the same owners. They are doing some outside work, but internally they do not care. They did not prepare for this past snow/ice storm and it was 3 days before our sidewalks got cleared. They only ran the plow through the parking lots once and just in the middle. It is snowing again, and the road is becoming a mess.

Awesome place to live right in the heart of the tri-cities. Easy access to Bristol and Johnson City. Quiet, shady community and tons of amenities! Mikayla and Tammy are always eager to help out with any issues. Would highly recommend.

Amazing complex, grounds are kept clean, spacious apartments, maintenance is quick to fix any repairs, and office staff is always friendly to work with! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a place to lease and call home!

Very friendly staff. The apartments have a very homey feeling to them. We moved into the 400 unit in October. Very reasonably rent each month.

I am a new resident at Brandy Mill and couldn't be Happier!! You have the option for a short term or long term lease which is a plus and the staff are very helpful and friendly. These apartments are in a Great location in Kingsport and have all the amenities that you may need.. If you are looking for a safe place to live and very convenient to town give them a call!!

We moved here from out of state and absolutely love it! They offer short term leases and have every amenity you could possibly want. The staff has been so welcoming and helpful and has made us feel like family. Kid friendly but quiet and safe. The kids love How close the park and basketball courts are and even go to the clubhouse every day for cookies and to say hi to Heather. The maintenance men even know our names and are very promptin taking care of anything you may need. I would recommend this community to anyone I know!

Quiet and convenient place to live in Kingsport! Apartments are well- built and updated. Also, very pet friendly! You also can't beat the pool access! First time apartment living for our family; couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I have lived at Brandy Mill for over 4 years. I still enjoy living and being here. Very open and natural lighted apartment. Well kept grounds. Beautiful trees and shrubs make for gorgeous views. 12 foot glass doors that open to the patio makes for a great sitting area. The staff are very friendly and quick to answer when you need something. There is a nice pool, 24 hr fitness, tennis/basketball court and even a dog park. Activities and events held in the clubhouse once a month for residents. I think its a great place to live!!!

It has been my privilege to live here. Brandy Mill has recently received new management and maintenance, which was definitely what it needed. The grounds have improved immensely. They are nicer, greener and neater. The office staff is exceptional and are pleasant to work with. It is a great and safe place to live. All of the staff including maintenance are very prompt to meeting the needs of all tenants, which is so very important. I do not hesitate when I pick up the phone to let them know an issue because they make me feel like its important and that they care. You can tell the staff takes great pride in Brandy Mill! I appreciate Brandy Mill management and maintenance. Looking forward to many more years with them!!

I currently live at Brandy Mill and love the convenience of being close to everything. The property is well maintained and any issues with your apartment are taken care of quickly.I'm very satisfied with my choice to live at Brandy Mill.

We've lived at Brandy Mill apartment 1200A for two years now and we couldn't ask for better. Lived at a bunch of places before but none of them can compare. The pool is the amazing and always well maintained and clean. If there is ever a problem the staff is nice and understanding and it gets resolved very quickly.

I have recently moved to Brandy Mill and so glad I did! It's just minutes from everything! I was afraid of being able to hear my neighbors through the walls but not here. It's very spacious and I love it! The grounds are kept up and my neighbors are very friendly and gave me a warm welcome to the neighborhood. We even received a welcome packet from Kingsport. We take advantage of the nice clean gym that's available 24/7 that works out for our crazy swing shift schedules we have. The staff are so helpful and always on top of things. They treat you like family and not like a payday. Best place I've rented. Would give it a 5 star. #1200B

We have lived at Brandy Mill for about 3 months now. We all can agree this is one of the nicest apartments we have all lived in. From the beginning of looking for places to live, the management staff has been nothing but extremely helpful. Each time we called or emailed with questions, they were quick to respond and went above and beyond our expectations of help. When we moved in, you could not tell anyone had moved out the weekend before. The apartment was absolutely spotless! On top of the management, the maintenance staff is awesome! We have had to call for just a couple of minor things, but they were there within a couple of hours to fix the problems. The complex itself is very quiet, and the all the residents are very nice. We only got to enjoy the pool for a couple of weekends due to when we moved in, but the use we got out of it was amazing! We loved the fact that there was a grill set up to grill on while using the pool. All together, we don't have anything to complain about with Brandy Mill Apartments. This apartment complex has went above and beyond our expectations. We love it! 300L

My wife and I recently retired and began thinking about relocating. It didn't take us long to decide on East Tennessee. We both went to college in TN and we have a son and his family living here. We decided that the Kingsport area was the place to live. After reviewing and visiting several properties, Brandy Mill had everything we wanted. Since moving here in August, all of our expectations have been fulfilled. The location gives us quick access to shopping and eating out. We have already made day trips to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Asheville. The leasing staff have been a pleasure to deal with. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Our minor repairs were handled quickly and courteously. If you are searching for carefree living at its best, Brandy Mill has it all!

I have lived at Brandy Mill over 4 years. I really am happy here! The staff is friendly and caring with security guard is a plus and great well kept lawn. Every month there are activities and gatherings for all ages, even every holiday. We have a nice clubhouse, pool, fitness room and tennis courts. I'm on a ground level with a large patio, lovely flowers grow spring to fall and view of the fall colored trees is relaxing from my large glass patio doors. 700D

Moved back home after living 30yrs at the beach. I picked Brandy Mill from an Apartment Guide and only planned to stay long enough to find another house. The people and living at Brandy Mill spoiled me rotten. It is so nice to have all the things that use to drive me crazy on my time off done for me. All the grounds and amenities are very well kept and everyone is so neighborly. I'm not sure if it's just Brandy Mill or Tennesseans are all just nice and neighborly people. My family has decided that we don't need a house when we have a home we can vacation at year around. I just never knew life could be so sweet. God bless our wonderful home. Coming from California, I found Brandymill online and after intense research found that it was exactly what fit my lifestyle . The grounds are kept impeccable, the vast array of amenities include a sparkling pool, fitness room, and tennis courts. The community room is very inviting and the location is in close proximity to malls, restaurants, and overall is all and more then their website states and shows. Their maintenance crew is cordial and very accommodating. Pets are allowed and it is so pleasant to walk your dog as their pet policy is enforced and you do not see pet waste on the grounds. Brandymill sets the scale quite high for the surrounding apartments in this area. Impeccable staff, polite and accommodating. The security in this complex makes an out of state senior like me very secure. The grounds are kept up on a daily basis and makes one very proud to reside here. Accepting pets was a big deal for me and their pet policy makes it so enjoyable as no pet waste is tolerated, therefore, my pet is at no risk for contacting disease. The interior with it's vast amount of storage space is equal or exceeds that of a single home. I cannot emphasize enough how airy and clean their units are. They address any problems in a prompt and efficient manner. Their maintenance crew is polite and very knowledgeable. The location is excellent, your in the city with a forest country feel. Washer and dryer hookups were a definite plus as well as the storage shed which is so convenient.
