Great apartment, quiet, cozy and plenty of amenities. Great community I do recommend living here, my family and myself are enjoying living here.

This place was struggling for years but management and Jaleel have been fixing so much since they got here. They are are focused on the community and residents’s satisfaction. They can only do so much though as this place was built using matchsticks, paper, and hopeful wishing. Keep up the work guys.

The office staff is very nice and anything that I asked them for, it was taken care of. I love my apartment unit… The stay here is very comfortable and cozy,

Maintenance is super quick and nice! The office staff are amazing and were very helpful. The community is quiet for the most part everyone I have encountered so far has been pleasant!

Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood! Shopping stores are nearby! Interstate 75 not far at all! Staff and maintenance are nice! Highly recommend!

Community is great around me . I lile how they kerp the premises clean. I would like better lighting at night and additional security for gate access maybe a card reader or lift gate. Too much piggy back goin on. Love the pool pass setup but that needs to be electronic too Its not costly to setup either. I have 5 grands...2 pool passes when they come from out of state is not enough. Need to rethink the process for the familias with more than 2 children under 15. But live it here.

The neighbor seems quiet. I love that it’s gated all the way around. The staff are friendly and kind. Once I moved in & had a couple is issues with the apartment it was fixed right away. My only concern is the appliances. The fridge has rust on the outside and the stove burners as well but overall I’m liking it here so far.

My experience here has been nothing but phenomenal. Office staff is always there when you need them. Office team goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are meet.Maintenance staff is wonderful with fix anything within a timely matter.

clean, friendly and quiet. Lived here for a year and sad to say goodbye. But i would highly recommend to anyone. Pool was our fav spot always clean and very well kept.

Maintenance works very fast and efficiently. Staff is always nice and helpful. Amenities are kept clean and overall it is a very enjoyable place to stay.

So far, so good. I do wish the water pressure in the apartment was better. I also wish the patio looked better, not so scary. The office staff has been really kind. The maintenance man has also been prompt and very kind as well.

As a first time apartment renter, the front office team made the experience super easy. The neighborhood is quiet which is a plus and the grounds of the complex are clean and in order.

I like the apartment and the staff, but the parking in my area of the apartment complex is ridiculous! Even after reporting it a few times, apparently a few vehicles are still allowed to park anywhere they please outside of normal parking areas. They park sideways by the curb behind their apartment building even though they have other parking places in front of their building. Their parking situation also limits the ability for others to pull in or back out of normal parking spaces.

Amazing place to stay! Highly recommend! Noise is at minimum! Staff and Maintenance team are nice and assists immediately! Each month the staff have something for the residents here!

Bradford Place has the most caring and capable property management team and maintenance staff in town! They make it easy for me to love living here and take pride in my apartment home.

There are way too many bugs. Otherwise, the new management is great and they’re really trying to clean this place up. Most of our neighbors are nice and the pool is clean.

I have lived in Bradford Place for 12 years and enjoy the convenience of the location and the beautiful grounds and amenities. The staff is so friendly and helpful in every way.

One of the bug maintenance people almost walked in on my partner sleeping alone in the room, and would have if my other roommate were not home. Plus, the bugs are still here. Some of the appliances and hardware for the space were broken upon move in day, and the process to placing a maintenance request is unclear. Though, the staff especially at the office are very nice and helpful. I feel for the staff, I was told that only one man installed our washer and dryer and I wish I were there to help. The balcony is very nice and the amenities are cool, it’s a really good spot with some odd experiences. Hopefully my opinions improve the longer I’m here.

Nice quiet place in which to live. I am so happy that I found this community. After looking at so many places, I feel like I made the right choice.

The apartments are a little older, though complex is kept nicely.staff is friendly and take care of any issues. It is central to many restaurants and easy access to I-75 within minutes.

The staff and maintenance are very proactive in providing a safe environment to call home. I have peace of mind and a host of wonderful amenities to choose from.

They have been awesome!!! So far so good...I have been to a few apartments Bradford has stood apart from all others in the most outstanding way !!!

I love living at Bradford Place! We have a first floor 2/1 with the updated fixtures and stainless steel appliances. It is absolutely beautiful, so comfortable and is perfect for our little family of 3. The staff has always been super helpful and responsive. They are all fantastic people. I lived here 10 years ago when I previously lived in Warner Robins, and when we were moving back from across the state, I knew I wanted to come back to Bradford Place. This really is a great place to live!

Great location: close to interstate highways, restaurants, medical facilities, parks, museums, movie theaters, fitness centers and schools. Friendly staff with good customer service and support. Complex organizes fun activities and social events that help residents connect and interact.

Bradford place is one of cities best kept secrets! I love that the community is peaceful but also have continuous activities throughout the year that engages their residents and animals. I thought it was really cool to offer pup cups and treats as a way to bring animals and their owners together for one of the community activities. The office staff as well as maintenance staff are always prompt and very professional with any requests and the facilities for amenities are always clean. I’m glad I followed my instincts to live here. -Charvez

I have been living here since August. I love the area. It is really quiet in my building. The staff has been very attentive and all maintenance issue have been resolved quickly.

It’s been very nice to call this place home! It has a nice environment, atmosphere, and nice staff! If I have a problem, it’s quickly resolved! The staff also send out information that is very useful to keep your apartment from damage!

All of the office staff and maintenance men are very helpful, polite and respectful. They all go above and beyond to make sure your request and concerns are taken care of. I would recommend my friend and family to come and experience the hospitality.

I love my apartment community! I’ve came across an issue and within hours I got a callback. Along with the problem being resolved. No matter the time got the help I needed in timely manner!

I'm only giving 1 star because I know this community has the potential to be better. My concerns are the bugs and pest control. There wasn't a fireplace the place wasn't clean when I moved in my garage was full of lumber and a washing machine. The thermostat was malfunctioning. The paint was poorly done and there wasn't much successful communication between the staff and myself. After being here a month in starting to see some changes and I'm loving the place more now.

So far I absolutely love it here. Everyone has been so welcoming and the area is beautiful and always well maintained. The staff is attentive and very nice.

It’s a very lovely place that we can call home! The only cons I can say is the little few flaws inside the apartment that needs to be fixed. Other than that, it’s a wonderful area, filled with peace and quiet.

Residents are nice. Amenities are great. Always some good events going on. The location is perfect for me. The staff is phenomenal and maintenance is super fast.
