There are way too many bugs. Otherwise, the new management is great and they’re really trying to clean this place up. Most of our neighbors are nice and the pool is clean.

I have lived in Bradford Place for 12 years and enjoy the convenience of the location and the beautiful grounds and amenities. The staff is so friendly and helpful in every way.

I love it here! Don’t hesitate by making this your home! The staff are friendly! Maintenance is A-1. Get the job done asap no matter the hour.

One of the bug maintenance people almost walked in on my partner sleeping alone in the room, and would have if my other roommate were not home. Plus, the bugs are still here. Some of the appliances and hardware for the space were broken upon move in day, and the process to placing a maintenance request is unclear. Though, the staff especially at the office are very nice and helpful. I feel for the staff, I was told that only one man installed our washer and dryer and I wish I were there to help. The balcony is very nice and the amenities are cool, it’s a really good spot with some odd experiences. Hopefully my opinions improve the longer I’m here.

Nice quiet place in which to live. I am so happy that I found this community. After looking at so many places, I feel like I made the right choice.

The apartments are a little older, though complex is kept nicely.staff is friendly and take care of any issues. It is central to many restaurants and easy access to I-75 within minutes.

The staff and maintenance are very proactive in providing a safe environment to call home. I have peace of mind and a host of wonderful amenities to choose from.

They have been awesome!!! So far so good...I have been to a few apartments Bradford has stood apart from all others in the most outstanding way !!!

Peaceful Community! I love it here! Only had one small issue here and when I contacted maintenance it didn’t take long to resolve the problem.

I love living at Bradford Place! We have a first floor 2/1 with the updated fixtures and stainless steel appliances. It is absolutely beautiful, so comfortable and is perfect for our little family of 3. The staff has always been super helpful and responsive. They are all fantastic people. I lived here 10 years ago when I previously lived in Warner Robins, and when we were moving back from across the state, I knew I wanted to come back to Bradford Place. This really is a great place to live!

Great location: close to interstate highways, restaurants, medical facilities, parks, museums, movie theaters, fitness centers and schools. Friendly staff with good customer service and support. Complex organizes fun activities and social events that help residents connect and interact.

Bradford place is one of cities best kept secrets! I love that the community is peaceful but also have continuous activities throughout the year that engages their residents and animals. I thought it was really cool to offer pup cups and treats as a way to bring animals and their owners together for one of the community activities. The office staff as well as maintenance staff are always prompt and very professional with any requests and the facilities for amenities are always clean. I’m glad I followed my instincts to live here. -Charvez

I have been living here since August. I love the area. It is really quiet in my building. The staff has been very attentive and all maintenance issue have been resolved quickly.

It’s been very nice to call this place home! It has a nice environment, atmosphere, and nice staff! If I have a problem, it’s quickly resolved! The staff also send out information that is very useful to keep your apartment from damage!

All of the office staff and maintenance men are very helpful, polite and respectful. They all go above and beyond to make sure your request and concerns are taken care of. I would recommend my friend and family to come and experience the hospitality.

Beautiful place to live! Management is very nice and friendly. Such a convenient location too. Everything is near. Friendly neighbors and if I have an issue with anything in the apartment maintenance is here right away! Keith is great!

I love my apartment community! I’ve came across an issue and within hours I got a callback. Along with the problem being resolved. No matter the time got the help I needed in timely manner!

I'm only giving 1 star because I know this community has the potential to be better. My concerns are the bugs and pest control. There wasn't a fireplace the place wasn't clean when I moved in my garage was full of lumber and a washing machine. The thermostat was malfunctioning. The paint was poorly done and there wasn't much successful communication between the staff and myself. After being here a month in starting to see some changes and I'm loving the place more now.

So far I absolutely love it here. Everyone has been so welcoming and the area is beautiful and always well maintained. The staff is attentive and very nice.

It’s a very lovely place that we can call home! The only cons I can say is the little few flaws inside the apartment that needs to be fixed. Other than that, it’s a wonderful area, filled with peace and quiet.

Residents are nice. Amenities are great. Always some good events going on. The location is perfect for me. The staff is phenomenal and maintenance is super fast.

I enjoy Bradford place. It’s def a great community and relatively safe due to its location and the fact that it has a gate. I would like for the gate to be closed more often but other than that everything else is fine

I love these apartments it’s quiet and cleaned. They have an area for everyone like your dogs ,and kids. The grass is clean and cut. The location is perfect from the stores.

My resident experience has been amazing. The people that has been assisting me with my transition was excellent. The place is very beautiful and rooms are spacious.

I love my community! It’s a good feeling to know that you have an active office staff that plans events for our community. Also, I like that we have many ways to stay engaged online and reward systems.

Absolutely love it here! very clean and quiet. Whenever had an issue maintenance was here the very next day and everyone is very friendly.

Quiet community. Staff is respectful and easy to work with. Maintenance men are nice and have resolved any issues quickly. Pool was open the full time this summer. The gate works when it wants to. Not saying this is the apartment’s fault because people are irresponsible and have damaged the gate on more than one occasion leaving the apartment complex to pay for the damages. Just saying, Don’t expect it to work all the time.

From the application process til my move-in date was a success! I’m enjoying my new home and everything about this complex! I would recommend others who are seeking a place to search no more!

Mandi, Jaleel, and Kaylee were so helpful explaining the application process. They also provided information on internet providers, electric, and utility services. They are prompt helping with anything that comes up and I love the level of communication. The maintenance manager, Keith, is awesome!
