Boulevard Apartments

I lived here since it's across from Oakland University and can't recommend this complex enough! Ken, the property manager, is the kindest and most responsive person. Although he's very kind to everyone, I can attest that he makes students feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. Maintenance responds promptly and competently. The property is beautiful, with a hot tub, pool, and tennis court. It's very worth the money!

The management, the maintenance, everyone is so wonderful. Anything needed to be addressed has been done in a timely fashion and everyone is very friendly. Also the property is very well maintained. Definitely my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in.

We had a great opinion of the Boulevard from the very first phone conversation with Ken and his team. We chose the Covington due to the nice features ie: newly remodeled and a short walk to the fitness center and pool. We have been here a little over a week now and it has been great. The community is centrally located and easy commute to restaurants, college, and shopping! Thanks Ken and staff. Ramona and Family.

I loved living in the Blvd Apartments because I felt like home, I am from Mexico and move in from another country it is not an easy task but our Friend Ken from the Staff of the Blvd apartments made our lives easier to move in, he with all the beautiful staff create an amazing environment to understand what to do, when, how or even they did it for us, always with a smile on the face and a great gesture. Also Ken always treat us with respect and kindness, our beloved pets also enjoyed Ken treats, he always was nice with our pets, also when something needed to be fixed, they were always available. We need more people like the staff from the Blvd. Apartments, we only left it due to work issues and we did not like the carpet, but when one apartment without carpet is available we will come back.

I never had any problem with the apartments in the years I lived there. Every apartment (either 1 or 2 bedrooms) have a lot of space which was great due to us having two dogs. Maintenance crew resolved any problem we have in less than one day and management (especially Ken) are very helpful and friendly.

I have to say this is a great place to live, the facilities are very good, my apartment is very nice and the manager and all the staff are great. The maintenance crew always have been super fast, even fixing issues in the same day and the manager (Ken) is a remarkable person, I bet he knows all the people of the complex by name. Honestly I don’t think you can find a better apartment complex to live in Auburn Hills for the money/treatment you can have here Roy

I have lived in the Boulevards for about a year and It is a very nice complex. It is safe, has a nice gym, and the apartments itself are very nice. However, I have a few things I dislike about the apartment that are keeping me from renewing my lease. First off, the complex has no sort of recycling at all. If I wanted to recycle, I had to horde it all and take it to a separate facility. Second off, Ken (who is amazing) told me the speed bumps would be shaved down. Only the first speed bump was shaved down. I have a very small car and It causes damage to it every time I drive over the second and third speed bumps because they are so large. Thirdly, the hot tub is never open. It has been closed all winter so far, and I doubt they are even fixing it. They really are great apartments, but they are just lacking/ignoring some key things, such as the recycling and speed bumps. I really wish they would do something about those.

Ken and his staff are top notch. No major issues and anytime you need to get in touch they are responsive, professional and actually take care of things. Lived here for two years so far and it’s been great. Great location and can’t beat the in house washer and dryer in your apartment.

Place was amazing! Maintenance was great and punctual. Ken, the manager, is great. Very helpful! Grounds are clean and never had any noise problems with neighbors. Highly Recommend!

Ken, the manager, is absolutely fantastic. He makes sure all maintenance requests are taken care of within 24 hours. The apartments are spacious, and mine had a peaceful view of the woods. I loved watching the squirrels chase each other. There is ample parking and never had trouble finding a spot. I enjoy jogging, and there is a generously sized side walk a good distance from busy Walton. It leads to some lovely neighborhoods and makes for a pleasant run. I highly recommend these apartments. My housemate and I were very sad when we had to move.

I’m a resident for 1yr going on 2 and we are loving it here. The staff is great and fast to fix any issues we have and we really haven’t had any but one or two small ones that were fix super fast. The apartment is spacious lots of storage Reasonably priced for such a really nice area and close to everything Restaurants gas stations grocery stores have events for concerts right next-door that you can’t hear but can walk too I say check it ask for Ken he is great and will help you the best he can.

The property manager, Ken, is super friendly and always has a treat on hand for my Basset puppy. My boyfriend and I have been apartment hunting, but decided to stay here another year because Ken is fantastic. He truly cares, makes us feel welcome and let's face it, my dog would be depressed if we had moved elsewhere! Whilst interacting with other properties, we felt like we were just another commission check, but not with Ken. He is always happy to help! It's hard to find property management that truly cares, so it was a pretty easy decision to stay here!

I have been living here for the past 4 years. I have a two bed two bath. I think this is the one of the most amazing apartments in the Auburn Hills area. Location : Perfect. Right on the border on Rochester Hills and Auburn Hills. 10-15 min drive to anywhere right from Rochester downtown to Great lakes Mall. Everything is within a quick reach of time. Campus/Maintenance : The apartment campus is really clean and tidy and the best part is that they listen to any issues you have. A speed bump which was a tad taller and brushing against the car floors was immediately made flatter within a week. All Maintenance requests are attended to as quickly as possible. All management personnel are friendly and help is on the way if and when you need it. The dumpsters are conveniently located from each apartment. Parking is ample. The campus is quiet, clean and wonderful. Rent : Rent is reasonable. It might be a bit costly compared to others in the area, but I think its completely worth it. Recently the management has started to charge for water which is a bit on the down but I will still take it.

i have been living in boulevard for the past 2 years,ur paying a lil higher rent than the other apartments in the area but it worth the extra space you get. The gas bill in the winter is high esp ours being a corner unit with walls on three sides exposed to cold winds, The management has decided to charge extra for water which is going to be a negative.

moving to this two bedrooms cosy spacious home place I thought would be for a year but it turned out to be for eleven years .management and maintenance is a delivery to work with. peaceful and quiet. they had let me put out a garden which is a delight to all. check it out be as happy as I am.??

This is our first year living here and we are planning on moving out when our lease comes up. When we first moved in it was awesome, very spacious, right across from OU and is a ground floor apartment, whats not to like?! Then the winter hit and it was freezing cold in there! There is literally air flowing in from the outlets on the exterior walls. Our furnace was broken for a weekend in the middle of January and when we called maintenance and when they came they said "it can't be fixed if nothing is broken". Our Consumers bill has been over $300 for the past 2 months and they are still not checking out what is wrong. Our neighbors have been here for years and love it, the people before us here here for a very long time and loved it. So its hit or miss and I guess we missed. I wouldn't recommend it.
