Property Ratings at Boulder Ridge Apartments and Townhomes
My husband and I have lived here for a year now and we are very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the the Maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is, for the most part kept clean. Five Stars is not enough to show to happy I am with Boulder Ridge Apartments especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Vania. I originally didn't want it to move too far away from my husband's job. But I just love how the freeway is nearby. And the commute to his Job Side at the Microsoft Plan Is Only 20 Minutes.
