I like living here because it is convenient and the property is very nice. The management has been very good to me and I like having a pool and laundry close because of my disabilities it is easy for me to get around.

I've lived here since about 2013 and been through multiple management companies. This is by far the best. With fast maintenance and friendly service I have been very happy. I enjoy that I'm in-between downtown Boise, Meridian and the mall area. I can also take a 10 min walk and be on the greenbelt. Shoping is close by if I need to run to the store really quick. Neighbors are great and we've barely had any issues. The grounds are maintained weekly and it's a pretty good place to live. We even have a pool, laundry facility and playgrounds for the neighbor kids!

Management has been very responsive to request but I’ve made. Only one time I had to wait three days for something to be fixed and that was because a part needed to be ordered. For the most part everything has been fixed/replaced within a day.

The management here is great, Lexi has made it an awesome experience. Lots of thought for the kids in the neighborhood, super close to the green belt and maintenance is quick.

I have lived in these apartments for 4 years now and their hasn’t been a better Manager than Lexi! She is simply amazing! If you’re looking for a great family friendly apartment complex than Boulder Creek is it. Everyone looks out for everyone and we are a community. I love that I can let my kids go play outside and not have to worry because I know they are safe.

Last management kept losing papers and checks but the new management is ontop of it all, and very considerate. I feel like it's going to be more of a community than just a group of buildings now. Luke from maintenance is awesome, so nice and willing to help no matter how big or tiny the problem is. I'm very grateful to be raising my family here now!

I have lived at bouldercreek going on 3 years. My little unit is very family friendly kid and pet friendly and I enjoy my neighbors! I have never had issues with communication with the manager shes a pleasure to speak with!

I’ve lived here for going on 3 years . In the last year the things have improved. The prior management were a real disappointment . But the present manager has made these apartments 100% better . They’re so much more family friendly. My oven broke and I got a brand new one very quickly . I had plumbing problems with the prior management and I was without a toilet for 5 days . With the present management when I had a plumbing issue I had a plumber at my house that day .Until this new management I was considering moving. But things have really turned around in the last year .
