Beautiful community very quiet staff Shae & Nick are amazing I love living here units are spacious offer a gym, pool and gated community it's a safe place to live .
The apartments are new and nice. The landscape is well kept. We were having problems with a neighbor, the neighbor always complained about kids. Management did nothing. We were harrassed and the management played nice, did not say anything. They dont really care about anyone but about those with whom they are friends. This place is pricey and not worth it. Not kid friendly.
I've been living here for 2 years... I LOVE Boulder Creek Apartments. Cozy and super quiet complex. The location in town is awesome. I can't say enough about Jane and Chyla... They are seriously the BEST... top-notch managers! COVID has been a trying time for so many of us, yet every situation that comes up whether big or small while living at Boulder Creek has been handled with such professionalism, privacy, respect, and great communications. I would recommend living at Boulder Creek to anyone!
I absolutely love it here! I was one of the first people to move into here & have no intentions of moving, until I purchase a house. When something breaks, it gets fixed immediately. Managers are very nice and caring. There are a few managers that come and go, but Chyla has remained here. She really makes us feel welcomed. The kids love her & she always makes it a point to say hi to them. I rarely hear my upstairs neighbors. My electricity bill is extremely low.. especially compared to other apartments I’ve lived in. They have fun events every month, which is a big plus. Love it here!!
Could not be happier living here. The location is perfect, amenities are beautiful and convenient, and the apartment managers are really nice and helpful. Chyla has been amazing and extremely helpful with everything. She really goes above and beyond for us tenants. We are lucky to have someone like her here. The only thing I wish was different is the garages, I wish they weren't there and they had additional parking instead. The text number is really convenient and security at night is a extra bonus that makes us feel really safe. Apartments are beautiful. Love it here
Pros: Brand new apartment. Close to main roads Cons: Very poor management - things that we addressed during move-in day did not happen. - 4 months later, they still have not fixed the porch light (after maintenance supposedly did) - very limited parking; other residents/guests end up taking assigned parking for residents - assigned parking is waaayyy too far to your building. It becomes really a challenge during rainy grocery days - Noisy neighbors... very poor/thin walls you can still hear people outside talking at 2am. We stayed in the floor and every time the people on the second floor flushed their toilet/take a shower, we can hear it in the master's bedroom.
New facilities, brand new apartments, and spacious rooms make this a great place to live. It's close to Fresno State and Riverpark as well as Trader Joes in Clovis. I would recommend this place to a friend.
