Property Ratings at Bordeaux House Apartments
As a visitor, my experience at this apartment complex was marred by continuous disruptions from loud fireworks and a noticeable police presence. The atmosphere felt tense and unsettling, raising concerns about safety and the overall quality of life for residents. These issues detract from any positive aspects the complex may offer, making it difficult to recommend as a desirable place to live or visit
Our family have been very blessed to be able to call the Bordeaux Apartments Home. Lovely carpeted living areas and bedrooms, high quality appliances including air conditioning and heating and very respectable community of residents.

This place has the worst management I have ever experienced in apartment living. The office staff tends to be on a power trip. The pictures you see are NOT the reality of these units look like at all. They are pushing people out by raising their rent, then "remodeling" the units to then raise the rent for unsuspecting new tenants. The noise is ridiculous, the hot tubs are not hot and people are driving through the property at all hours of the night with their music too loud. There are children and babies sleeping and these people don't care. Management does nothing to fix any issues that tenants have. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Management is rude maintenance is a joke upkeep of their property is very minimal if you move in make sure you write down any imperfection or you will be charged for it price is extremely high now be ready for multiple invasive inspections a year old outdated appliances and cabinetry mold issues due to no windows in restrooms and previous leaks inside walls
I enjoy living at Bordeaux Apartments. Yes its apartment living but I have had a good experience, nice neighbors. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues and fix any problems in the apartment. I would recommend this place for anyone.
I have been living at this apt now since March 2000. The place is always immaculate, fixing of things get done ASAP, people that run the place are very professional, always courteous. If you are looking for a place that is convenient, always clean then Bordeaux House is the place for you.
These apartments are a good place for someone who is just starting out in renting and looking to build their credit history. We have 4 pools, workout center, and covered parking. The people I live by are very friendly and willing to help if you need anything. Some people drive through the apartments real fast which is a downside if you have kids as I would not want them to get hurt if they are outside playing but other than that is it a great place to rent.

Thank you for your input. We have addressed this matter and have added 5 more speed bumps throughout the property. We have also have been speaking to parents and car drivers to ensure everyone is in a safe environment to slow down and for children not to play in the parking lot areas.
I have lived in this unit with my wife since March 2009. The area is beautiful, and this is the only area we can afford. The apartment itself is good. But management is horrible to say the least. We have alot of memories in this apartment and we spent all of our 20s here.
