Nestled on top of rolling hills, Bay Terraces is a beautiful neighborhood about 13 miles east of Downtown San Diego. With gorgeous mountain views and palm-tree-line streets, Bay Terraces features mid-range to upscale rentals in a variety of styles including modern apartments and Mediterranean-style single-family houses. The neighborhood has several schools, daycare centers, and parks in Bay Terraces. The neighborhood is also near Sweetwater Summit Regional Park, a popular green space for hiking, horseback riding, fishing, and camping. Property Ratings at Bonita Woods
If you want to walk half a mile each day to get to your car come live here! Parking is not organized at all! And people have cars parked for weeks in the street so you can never find a good parking spot...... if you have multiple cars go live somewhere else .
This place was a nightmare. Thankfully it’s a monthly lease so we were able to leave in less than 6 months. There was a HUGE roach infestation, ants, and a beehive right outside our window for over 2 months. The manager, Ana, is horrible at her job. She would tell us that she had called the exterminator and he never came. She was never in her office, some days the phone wouldn’t be answered until 12:00pm! They are also in the process of remodeling some units and the noise from the construction is loud and often starts early morning on weekends. Due to the construction they will shut off the water all day with no notice. My advice is to live somewhere else.
