Bolton Park

The guy in the leasing office was horrible. A resident he was too busy flirting with greeted us. Not the person actually working. Gave me no information except speed talking through the qualifications. I had to ask for a pamphlet. He told me nothing is available until the end of the month...call back then! I can’t believe it. We were two tenants ready to lease with money ready to apply. Such a bad experience.

The customer service is horrible. The guys in the office takes extended breaks without putting up a sign to say when they will be back. Which makes it difficult to pick of packages or come to the office on the weekend if you work during the week. Maintenance close work orders stating that they have been complete when the work have not been done. There is only one trash compactor for the entire community. You either have to walk or drive to take out your trash. The community is not clean. There is dog poop and trash on stairs. There had been recent car break ins. There are ant issues within the apartments. The materials used to build these apartments initially appear to be nice but they are cheap. The floors are not real wood. I can hear my neighbors having sex. The are apartments are just ghetto. Please trust me.

I would never in a billion years live here. I submitted a contact form the 2nd week of Jan2018, inquiring about a 1 bd - weeks passed & I did not receive any type of response. I then reached out again at the end of Jan2018, still nothing. My 3rd attempt at emailing them was going into the 2nd week of Feb. After almost 48 hours, I decided to call. The leasing agent that picked up (male, didn't catch his name) instantly had an attitude like he was annoyed at me calling. I asked about the 1 bd availability, his response was very short - "we don't have any available". So after a brief & awkward silence, I said "ok... so when will you all have any available?". I then proceeded to tell him about how I attempted to contact them via email multiple times over the course of weeks, with no response. He then proceeds to yell & say "MA'AM MA'AM MA'AM, that is very rude!". I asked how am I being rude by asking why haven't multiple inquiries been responded to? He then told me if I would've given him a chance he would've told me why (he had plenty of opportunity to explain why - he just chose not to). Then he said, "why would we want someone like you to live here!". Um, excuse you? After a bunch of unprofessional comments from him, he decided to hang up in my face - I can't make this up. I called back & asked, "are you the one who just hung up on me?" He PROUDLY said "I sure am" - I told him that to hang up on someone is extremely rude, unprofessional, & cowardly. He said, "I'm not finna argue back and forth with you." Bottom line, DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you want to deal with professional, decent leasing agents - this is not the place for you. Never in my 25 years of life have I been hung up on by someone at a workplace. You can't catch an attitude because someone is asking you "tough" questions, & inquiring about your complex - that's what potential residents do. Very very nasty taste left in my mouth from this experience and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Justin and DeAngelo provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process, application and move-in. They have a great phone/email response time, excellent professionalism and great conversation! The apartments and offices are very clean and up to date. The apartment provides the perfect balance by having an excellent price, updated units, GREAT customer service, and a convenient location. Very excited to be moving into this complex!

I was looking for a place in my children's school district and I came across these apartments.Justin and DeAngelo were both helpful and on point with me.I was told when I called they wouldn't be able to show me the place because they were busy that day.I went to hand in papers and they took me to see the apartment.They both have went above and beyond for my transition.Beautiful modern place!

The apartments are spacious and are designed extremely well! The guy that gave us a tour took his time showing the property and was beyond helpful! I look forward to living here in the near future!

I visited Bolton Park and while it looked new and the prices were great, the staff in the leasing office was incredibly rude. The young man at the front desk had an attitude from the time we walked in. He was clearly ready to leave for the day, but that should never be conveyed to a customer/potential resident. He refused to give a tour because they were "done showing at 5:30" (the website said they closed at 6) We got there 15 minutes before they stopped showing and practically begged to have a quick look at the apartment, as I had completely rearranged my schedule to do so. He absolutely refused and nonchalantly showed us pictures of the property--the exact same ones I saw online. Anyone who has ever worked in customer service knows that sometimes it's necessary to go the extra mile. We could have seen a unit and been done in 15 minutes, but I guess that was just too much for him. I was very disappointed with the way we were received. Please be kind to prospective residents. The apartments seem nice, but it's not worth it if that's what people will deal with as residents.
