I’ve just renewed by lease 3rd time. I really love my apartment and convenience to everything. I don’t see myself living anywhere else if apartment downtown Sarasota. Very convenient to have garage to pull in and everything is so close. All restaurants and events downtown.
The downtown view from my balcony is amazing! Having access to everything needed in walking distance makes this the perfect spot for enjoying the sun all the time.
Great place to live and best prices for downtown. Walking distance to everything yet tucked away and quiet. Modern apartment and great city views. Definitely recommend living here! We have been here for 4 years.

Bold is the best, truly one of a kind! The team has been perfect ever since moving in. Danielle has gone above and beyond to answer any questions and make this place a home for all the residents. It is in a great location near all of the best Sarasota has to offer!
Compared to other downtown apartment choices, this property is priced lower for a good reason. We've had a terrible experience here and are currently looking to move elsewhere.
This place is an actual dump. They label themselves as luxury living which is hilarious. I have lived here for a short time period and these are the issues I have already ran into- trash shoot broke, elevator broke, car break ins in the parking garage, and "short staffed" maintenance to name a few. There is a cafe next door owned by Bold which is super convenient except for the fact that there is never an employee working even when the hours posted on the door claim they are open? The water here also smells like sewage and the Wi-fi included in the outrageous rent barely works. I genuinely do not know if this place has any real staff. Do not rent.
Great location and a nice building to live in, but the company that runs it clearly tries to extract extra money out of its tenants however it can. Random additional fines for extremely petty things, and beyond that taking $1300 off of our security deposit when we moved out! Granted our cat did chew the strings off of the blinds, so I understand that charge, BUT they also charged hundreds of dollars EACH for things such as a coffee stain on the kitchen wall, a coffee stain on the carpet, and a few small holes from picture nails that amounted to the rest of their inflated estimate.
I loved living in this brand new apartment building. It was super spacious and quiet and I loved the area. I wish I could have stayed but I had to leave for work. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I spent over four months trying to find a apartment to live at in downtown. Not only are they in a very convenient location but the modern touch really caught our eye. The staff is consistently great and I would recommend this to anybody who’s considering moving to Sarasota.
Everything about this property is amazing. From the amazing management to the high speed WiFi. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else
This complex is amazing, from the staff to the amenities, its the full package. The location of the complex is also fantastic, its within close proximity to basically all your necessities. 10/10 would recommend living here!
I moved here a few months ago and I absolutely love it here. The complex has a beautiful pool and a great gym, plus the amenities inside the apartment are just as nice! The location is amazing and is one street over from downtown Sarasota
Poorly organized, lack of communication, not even worth trying to take a tour. Stay away!!!
