This place is absolutely awful. Management is ignorant, maintenance is lazy. Roaches, rats, peeling paint, you name it. For the price of these apartments, the quality and care just isn’t it.

Rats, mold, unattentive maintenence - this place has it all. There are better places to spend your money.

Save your money and consider any other community in the area. If an appliance breaks here they will have you wait an entire month to fix it and they will not respond to any phone calls or emails. Fantastic area but I’ve never seen a community run this poorly it’s unacceptable. Will NOT be renewing and I would advise anyone looking at this community to steer clear. Overpriced and outdated, everything breaks monthly.

It continues to have rats everywhere, it is just filthy and disgusting in general they came to us saying “we are still going to raise the prices” even though we had to live with rats eating our stuff and the walls as well.

If I could give a 0 star I would but then I wouldn’t be able to leave this review to help you all out. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Mouse, Rats infestation, roaches, bugs near the windows. The office people does nothing about it. Multiple complaints. Even asked the neighbors if their experiencing the same thing and they are. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Think of your health, your family’s health. I promise you we have to look out for one another. Do not move to Boca Colony apartments

Please beware, this apartment complex has rodents. My family and I have contacted their office on multiple occasions to fix the issue and it is still the same. The price is not worth it. They also have roaches. So if you care about your family, do not move here. I also spoke with some neighbors and they are also experiencing the same issues so do not let them convince you it’s just one of the apartments.

I’ve been a resident for over two years now and have loved living here but now we have a mouse infestation and it seems as if they are unwilling to fix the problem. At the present moment I wouldn’t recommend living here

Painted over mold in apartments. STAY AWAY! Called to inform apartment of the mold problem and was told it was not an issue. produced certified report proving it was an issue, no action taken, no phone calls returned. No longer living there. Paid to have it inspected by certifiend pros: SAMPLES TAKEN: • Air Sample Living room/Kitchen (Results : Elevated ) • Swab Sample Air supply vent in dining room (Results :HIGH) • Dining room air Duct : Reveled Visible Fungal Growth, And Elevated Mold spores count. The residence is absolute trash. When I moved in the apartment was filthy with trash and stained carpets, but they conveniently have no proof of that so I am being charged for it. There's no parking. Management is not reachable and when they are they say one thing in person and another on paper. If they are there long enough as they are constantly switching out. The apartments themselves are old and deteriorating as the windows leak when it rains hard (we had that repaired three times, it still leaked but we gave up). There are so many reasons why this place is not a great place to live but just the customer service alone, or rather lack thereof, should be enough reason to turn your nose. They don't care for their residents and it is simple as that.

Is a good place to live and kids can play a lot so is very good

This community and the staff doesn't deserve not even on star . I will be the last person who writes a bad Review. My advice for the renters not to get cheated with the hype they show you in the lobby. Once you sign the lease you will experience the attitude of management team, from manager to maintainance . Manager itself is so rude and lazy. They don't even want to do the basics ,, prior to tenant move -in, they not even keep the apartment clean. It's so filthy , not only that , the manager asking the tenant to clean . She has attitude of " hey if you want you do , thats all we do. You already signed the lease . You like it or not you are locked for an year . Bathroom tubs are old and they paint . When you take shower , paints start peeling out and that clog the drain . So my advice for the renters is before you sign the lease , ask them to show the unit you rent , check everything inside out , if you are staisfied then sign the lease .

I've been living here for almost 4 years. Maintenance tries to keep everything clean and usually they are pretty quick about responding to maintenance issues. I like that dogs are allowed. The biggest problems I have with these apartments is the parking. It is horrid. You get one parking spot even if you live in a 2 bedroom. You can't come home any later than 6pm or you wont find anywhere to park. They have limited guest spots and continue to get rid of more. When you can't find a place to park even though you live there, every night they have someone come out and write parking tickets to people not parked in a parking spot. I have complained about parking so much here and they have been saying they're going to make more parking spaces but it's been almost 4 years. If you don't believe me drive by any given night and you won't find an open parking spot. There's constant noise. Even if you complain nothing gets done about it. People sit outside and make tons of noises and the smell of pot is constant. The location is great since it's near pretty much everything but the style of living here is terrible. The rent is expensive and everything in the apartments are old.
