I love this place. They're always renovating and organizing any issues that may arise in the apartments. The common areas are always clean and everything looks brand new. There's plenty of parking, and there's always spaces. And the people are very friendly.

Its amazing, the condominium is so clean and well maintenance. Very peaceful place. Good location, a lot groceries stores around and different types of store 5-10 min away.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The grounds are well kept, and there's plenty of garbage cans around, as well as bags to pick up dog waste which makes things more pleasant for everyone. I love the lake and how you can walk around it. The pool clean and well maintained. There is never time of day where you can't find the seat at the pool. When the weather is cooler it's nice to use the two grills by the pool

Great apartment. Loved the pool and gym. Price was a little high but reflected In amenities. Location is great, close to 95. Only downside was construction went on during my whole stay.
Boca Arbor has a very unique layout of their apartments. It’s fully maintained by their staff members. Amazing amenities, In my 5 years i have no complains.

We moved here in 2016, this is our 2nd apartment in Boca Arbor Club, so I think it's safe to say we absolutely love it. The way this crew maintains this complex is second to none, in my experience. Amenities are quite lovely and this is a fantastic area for young families. I don't ever want to leave!

Everything has been good so far. The neighborhood and neighbors are great. The staff in the leasing office is very helpful, accommodating, and available when you need them. The maintenance staff is fantastic, they are so kind and are on top of fixing/doing any repairs when requests are put in.
This community has its own vibe to it. Its beautiful and peaceful during the whole day. The maintenance team is exceptional and available 24/7. Me and my family loves it.

The community is friendly and clean. The pool is a great place to hang out too and is typically not too crowded. The location is also approximately 10 minutes from anything you could need.

This is my first apartment and I love it! I live in an upgraded 2 bed 2 bath in Boca Arbor Club apartments and so far I really like living here. The pool is very nice to swim in and tan at and my favorite part is the coffee machine in the lobby

I love the community 1. Garbage pick up in each apartment: I don’t believe is necessary to pay $35 when there are garbage disposables conveniently placed all over the community. Most of the residents are able to bring garbage to the disposable bin. I believe this service should NOT be mandatory but optional.

Boca Arbor has unique style of apartments. I moved from one bedroom to 2 bedroom apartments and we love both of the layouts. You will find everything nearby,m, publix target gas station, walmart etc. Their staff is amazinh!!

Been living here for about a year and a half and can’t and the overall experience is great! Great staff and very good neighbors! Tennis courts, Pool and Gym are an added bonus!

I love how peaceful it is here. The rules are a bit too strict though. The kids should be allowed to play in the street since there isn't a provided area for them, amongst other minor things

I renew because management and maintenance are consistently excellent The apartment is very quiet Parking for residents is plenty with visitors permitted to register guests.
It been amazing only been here for 8 months feel like there’s nothing better than arbor club. The neighbors are very nice the neighborhood is great.

GUYS SERIOUSLY DO NOT RENT HERE! THE VIDEOS ONLINE ARE WAY MORE IMPRESSIVE. 1. The front office staff is super nice at first then, you enter a maintenance request and they change! They tell you that they can let you out your lease (like moving isn’t a hassle). 3. The apartments are super old! I sent in a request and they told me it’s normal wear and tear for a 30 year complex. Yikes! 4. They say they inspect the apartment before they rent them but please look at my move in pictures. I was so disappointed. 5. The place has mold, the maintenance manager called it mold and got someone to clean it, but the front desk tells them to call it “mildew”. 6. They delete your maintenance request history and say they completed it when it’s not done. I keep records and pictures. 7. Even though maintenance tries their best, they don’t have the needed resources and the skill level is low (see pics of their handy work). 8. The sprinklers spray the walkway at night and they told me they can’t do anything about it. 9. Even though it’s nature, the complex is full of wild iguanas ?? 10. The complex also has tons of dogs that are unleashed walking around and dog poop. My neighbors are pretty cool and the complex is Quiet
In good faith I filled and my application was accepted. I brought my funds that was required to complete the lease. I arranged for my movers to pick up and deliver my households goods the morning of my first day of lease. The Boca Raton club apartments told me I could not have access to lease apartment until after they come into work at 10 AM no exceptions. But I could take off work and pay more money to get it 18 hours earlier. The apartment managers are not there for the tenants. I am sure they will keep all my advance payments. All the work to make this work and toss out. Jim
