By far, this is my favorite department I’ve had in years. The Maintenance is great. They’re always on top and they’re good person. The management is good when I need their help. They’re always there to help. I would suggest this to anybody that wants to move into an apartment, but this is a good place.

Since BluWater was sold to Greystar while I’ve lived here the monthly fees have shot up, parking rules and fees were implemented without being enforced, and work done of the buildings looks like it is largely done by amateurs and tree trimming and the like is done by an outfit working after hours (still working at 1030pm) with no markings on their equipment. My apartment itself is lovely and I love living across from Silver Lake.

You want a well kept, chilled place to live., Bluewater is pretty cool. Management and maintenance are a good team here, they follow up with concerns and handle business. It's clean, pretty quiet for the most part. And people mundane their own business. The only thing is I feel it's a little expensive, even for newly renovated units.

I love the small community, no noise a reasonable hours, but the vandalism have been a problem lately, but I commend the management team in putting forth the effort in getting it resolved.

This complex has gotten worse and worse the longer we live here. Don't move here. The office never answers the phone. Also, everyone just got a note to remove all Christmas decorations and items like bikes from their patio. They are ridiculous to impose themselves constantly for no reason. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with incompetent people who work here!!!!!

As management we must make sure patios and balconies look like an awesome outdoor space, and not like an extra storage unit. Although it may seem small, patios and balconies are a huge part of a wel l-kept community. If they are cluttered or have past holiday decorations it will appear that our community isn’t well maintained. Most of our residents appreciate our due diligence to ensure your community looks clean, well maintained and is beautiful for all to enjoy. Given that we are midway through the month of January we believed this week was an appropriate time to send patio reminders. What they want to charge for these apartments now is way over priced for what you get. The appliances barely work, the railings are rotten and falling apart, but now with fresh paint.

Blu water is a family friendly pet friendly apartments, clean common areas,friendly helpful staff and I really like my apartment layout, plus seeing the lake as I drive out puts a smile on my face

History of problems with inability to contact management, emergency maintenance numbers not working, management failure to follow through on promises, old/non-working appliances on move in, and extremely unprofessional encounters with both the assistant and senior management.
