The staff is professional and to the point, very spacious apartments, nice location we love the new manager, she’s down to earth and approachable.
We moved when the previous owners were here and it was wonderful! Great value for the price that you pay and the amenities were pretty good too. The new owners are not the greatest. It's a big corporation owning it now versus a smaller sized company, which came with higher rent and not enough improvements to justify the changes. The property manager seems very strict and unapproachable about issues and has yet to fix a small maintenance issue we've had for 6+ months. Not sure how the outlook of this complex is with the new ownership.

This complex used to feel like a family atmosphere. After a change in management, there is much condescending attitudes between management and residents. Unless you want to be mistrusted, belittled...I'd look somewhere else.
