Property Ratings at Blue Station
These apartments seriously look like motels. The price is too high for the actual apartment itself. I kept my apartment clean and I still experienced mice and roaches. When informing the office about this issue they told me that it is not their responsibility. I was informed that pest control comes every 2 weeks but I have seen them pest control times in my one year of being here.
The property manager were horrible, the never did they job correctly. Always lazy as well as maintenance.
Location is everything close to trains and expressway , everything is brand new and there is a lot of space , bigger than what I expected !
