The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Blue Ridge
I’ve lived here for over six months with no working smoke detectors maintenance is aware of the situation and still, I have no working smoke detectors. If the oven is on, and there are lights on in the second bedroom, it blows a fuse. No one in the office, ever answers the phone doesn’t matter the time of day, the day of the week. No one ever answers.
We have always lived in luxury apartments great maintenance clean property great pools pride on keeping it looking good and clean, then we decided to save a little money and go this way, and this was the worst mistake ever.... I do not recommend this place at all.
When I first moved in the apartments were at higher rates. A little on the expensive side honestly, but I didn't have any issues regarding maintenance or getting in contact with management or security. Apartments were quiet and relaxing. The last few months of my lease, management changed and they became less helpful and wouldn't communicate. A lot more people started to move in due to the lower rates and my vehicle ended up getting broken into. Informed the new management and they had nothing to say. If anything the old manager reached out to me, instead of the current one. The new management wouldn't even see/talk to me, just her assistant. It was not a pleasant experience towards the end. People played loud music from their cars that would echo throughout the complex for hours. It just went downhill.
The management people are the worst and the cost is not cheap for what the apartments are and all the other charges they make you
I've moved a lot, but the staff at Blue Ridge Apartments have been the best, hands down. No complex is perfect, but, they are very responsive whenever you need anything - especially maintenance! I love the complex, feel safe, and am happy to be here. Thanks Blue Ridge!
Moved to Midland a few months ago and so happy that I found these apartments! Great location, amazing amenities, and they even do food truck nights for residents! Office staff is super nice, but Angela is my favorite!! She is helpful and so easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!
Very poor, and overall unprofessional management.Worst experience in my life
Terrible Management !! We gave the management 60-day notice to vacate and provided them with our forwarding address. We received nothing from BlueRidge, no statement, no call. Out of sudden, we received calls and mails from a collection agency for $183. They didn't send the statement to the forwarding address. They didn't give us a call. They didn't send us the statement by email. They just directly sent it to a collection agency for $183. It would hurt our credit score.
They are not cheap, but they are a good value for Midland. Not only that, but they actually at least pretend to care about getting you to live here.(if you are new to midland let me be the first to tell you, these apartments act as if you owe it to them to live there and pay 2 grand a month) They will work with you on prices, and they are extremely helpful when it comes to payment and rent. Did I mention you can get a garage? That is an awesome perk considering it is much cheaper than a storage unit. The pool has a less families than most apartments in midland. Still quite a few little kids running around. But overall I am happy and I feel like I'm getting something of value for my rent. As apposed to paying a bunch for an old decrepit apartment like I was last year.
