On May 30, Taylor Swift announced on her social media accounts that she owns her entire catalog, six years after the sale of her first six albums that inspired her “Taylor’s Version” re-recordings. She now owns her entire music catalog of 11 original studio albums, four “Taylor’s Version” albums, five EPs, and four live albums, as well as all her music videos, documentaries, and concert films.

But Swift doesn’t just have an impressive music catalog—her real estate portfolio is almost as extensive.

Where Does Taylor Swift Own Real Estate?

Swift currently owns a condo and a Greek Revival home in Nashville, a 1930s estate in Beverly Hills, a historic seaside mansion in Rhode Island, and her iconic NYC property made up of two penthouses and a townhome. After adjusting for inflation with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ CPI Inflation Calculator, Swift’s entire real estate portfolio is currently worth about $130 million.

Songs about her real estate

The Cornelia Street apartment Taylor Swift rented in 2016 sits on a peaceful sidewalk in New York.

The 14-time Grammy winner has immortalized her real estate portfolio in some of her songs. She rented a place on Cornelia Street in the West Village between 2016 and 2017, and the townhome became an attraction for Swifties thanks to the track “Cornelia Street” on her 2019 album “Lover.”

Her gorgeous mansion in Rhode Island, known as Holiday House, was built circa 1930 and previously belonged to oil heiress Rebekah Harkness. Swift tells Harkness’s story in her song “The Last Great American Dynasty” on her 2020 album “Folklore.”

How Much is Taylor Swift’s Tribeca Penthouse Worth?

In 2018, the New York Post reported that Swift had purchased a 3,540-square-foot unit on a block in Tribeca where she already owns a duplex and a townhouse. The off-market deal closed for $9.75 million—about $12.6 million in 2025. Her properties in Tribeca total about $63.7 million after adjusting for inflation.

With $63.7 million, you could rent 100 apartments at Manhattan's average rent of $4,037/month for 13 years, not accounting for inflation.
