Robins Roost Cabins is a 3.5 acre vacation rental property just two miles outside of Hill City and is a short 25 minute drive to Rapid City via Hwy16. During the summer we offer a cabins for vacationers but also have a 4 plex on the property that we refer to as the condo building. Each condo has it's own ground level entrance and an attached single car garage with laundry. Water, garbage, and Dish TV are included. Electricity is the only utility that is the tenants responsibility. There is a private fire pit, gas grill, and picnic table just outside of each condo. We also have two 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabins available from October till April, if your looking for something a little more cozy. Each cabin is furnished and includes water, garbage, satellite internet, and Dish TV. Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant. Hill City has two laundromats for your convenience. Each cabin has a fire pit, charcoal grill, and a picnic table. If you enjoy the outdoors there are plenty of opportunities to get out and have fun. Trails for hiking and biking are easily accessed as well as local lakes for fishing. Come enjoy living in the Hills this winter at Robins Roost Cabins.
