Very positive, friendly interactions with leasing professional. The property is beautiful and well kept, in a prime location.
Customer service is outstanding and the place is very well-kept! Not happy about coffee shop coming. Wish the space had been designated for small exercise/fitness area instead.

Given the homeless problem and rising neighborhood crime, I became very concerned about living in a ground floor unit. The quality of the buildings you own and the staff that run your operations will bring me back when I need to return to Los Angeles for work again.
I would recommend the 15TH st and broadway building but not the buildings on 5 th and4th which are very close together and small.
Nice apts. updated is why I would recommend. The service from the staff could be better with their follow up to residents and also no common amenities
The community is beautiful and in an amazing location. The management company is very friendly and accommodating.
