Bison Trails Apartments

Overall great place to live, staff are great and the other tenants are quite nice. My one continued complaint is the continued broken gates to our gated community. I have been informed that they are in the process of repairing them but they are open more often than they are closed. One of the reasons we chose this location was the safety a gated community offers, Bison Trails fails in this area.

I’ve been living at Bison Trails Apartments for several months now and overall, it’s been a great experience. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the location is convenient to shopping and dining. The apartments are modern with nice finishes, though parking can sometimes be a bit limited. Still, I would definitely recommend Bison Trails to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live in the area.

5/5 stars--My husband and I previously rented an apartment at Bison Trails and were residents for close to 5 years and only moved because of a requirement with my employment. Recently, we moved back and I'm excited to report the same excellent service! Shantel and her staff always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. They are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live and a smooth move-in transition. We feel so lucky be back here and were excited to find some of our previous friends and their fur babies still reside here as well! We've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers. The Davis Family

Staff are excellent and very responsive!!! Anytime I've had a question or concern, it was addressed. I recently had an issue with my refrigerator. It was not reparable, so I received a new one.

I really love how clean all the amenities and the whole complex is. It was really easy to sign our lease digitally before we moved. The apartment was clean and ready for us! The staff is professional and responsive !

Overall an awesome place to live. Pool and playground are great for our toddler. Rules are a little vague on somethings. But overall decent complex.

I absolutely love it here at bison trails, there’s not bad parking and even if I do need to walk, it’s a beautiful area. The people here are very friendly and welcoming. I love the activities that keep people outside like the pool, community areas, and grills. Most importantly the staff here is super friendly and helpful! This is also a wonderful place for families too!

We, again, decided to delay home buying! We really love our Bison Trails experience and the great folks here, so we are waiting another year to buy a home and enjoy the amenities here.

Everyone here is so nice and considerate. When things need to be fixed, they are done right away. The office staff and my neighbors are so welcoming, I really enjoy living here..

To be at Bison Trail resident is to always be treated and greeted with kindness. It's to enjoy unique amenities with deep comfort and few worries, for every need is immediately addressed and resolved. It's to feel so spoiled that delaying home buying makes more sense for more than a couple years.

I will just say not the best place to live. Overpriced for the experience and doesn’t offer much in return. Not worth the cost or effort to stay.

I have been a resident for about six months now. I have enjoyed the apartment, the apartment complex, and the amenities. I would recommend this place to others.

So far so good here at Bison trails. The staff is super helpful and responsive! The amenities are nice. My kiddos love the playground. Also, I love the grills for residence to use.

Absolutely love Bison Trails! Very quiet and peaceful community with a great gym to workout in and a very nice swimming pool as well. Very friendly staff that responds quickly as well.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place! We love it here! Apartment living at its finest with lots of amenities from pool to fitness center to playground for kids.

Too many silverfish in the apartment, too many birds making nest can’t enjoy balcony, I would pay extra to have my trash picked up at my door instead of putting it in my truck and driving it over every other day

Management has always been super helpful, as well as maintenance readily available. Units are nice and well made, amenities are great. Couldn’t have lived anywhere better than here while in Bartlesville for school!

Everyone on staff has been so helpful through my whole process. The apartments are in good condition, amenities are great, and it’s in a good location.

I love it here!! I haven't been this happy with a community in about 30 years. Thirty years ago I lived in an upper middle-class neighborhood and had neighbors that were fun to be around and didn't cause problems. If you or someone you know is thinking about moving here, I would highly recommend it. Unless you are going to spend 300,000 or more on a new subdivision here in Bartlesville. There's nowhere else in Bartlesville that's this nice.

Overall good. We enjoy the neighborhood feel of the complex and the prompt attention from maintenance, with the understanding that somethings are easier to resolve than others.

Good facilities, Apts were built quickly so imperfections will be found. Management could be better. Bartlesville is were you live to not pay Tulsa prices, yet these Apts are price like we live in downtown Tulsa. Definitely could be better.

We are incredibly grateful to be a part of this community. We leased sight unseen, so it was a bit scary, but the team made sure we had everything taken care of right away. Shantel is a remarkable manager and is eager to get everything cared for right away, no questions or hesitations. We will be sad when we find our home and have to leave this great community.

Great community to be a part of. It's easy to communicate with staff and things get done in a timely manner. I'm on my second yearly release and have had the same experience throughout the whole time

Best move in experience! Cassidy was very helpful in the transition. Maintenance guys were very fast and helpful with a couple things that needs fixed.

Bison Trails is beautiful and clean. I feel safe and feel it is safe for my child to walk our dog in the the neighborhood. I am pleased with our move to Bison Trails.

I checked out several apartment complexes in Bartlesville. This one had a nice layout. After being here a few weeks. I can report that it’s a quiet community with modern apartments.

My experience has been great so far. The apartment is exactly how it was pictured. I have not received any hidden fees. The living area is very spacious and the closet can hold everything that I need

Moving here is the best decision I've made for my puppies and me. As far as apartments communities go before moving here I looked at a lot of them this is the best place in Bartlesville.

I love my balcony, it has the best view! It's an open field with a couple of trees. I've seen a couple of rabbits, not any deer yet but I'm not giving up hope. I haven't been here that long yet. \

I feel very safe in this community! It’s been a wonderful experience for me as someone who has never lived in an apartment before. Very nice apartments. Wish the walls and ceilings were not as thin!

Over all it’s good. The parking situation can be a little bit of a challenge but other then that it is good. The apartment is very well laid out. The in unit washer and dryer is awesome.

We moved here without ever visiting the apartments, but were thrilled by the kindness, helpfulness, and patience of the staff as we navigated the unknown. It's easily one of the best decisions we've made. I can't imagine a better place to live with a more kind, compassionate, genuine staff willing to help in every manner possible. It's good to be home.

Beautiful quiet community on the outskirts of Bartlesville so it’s still convenient to everything but a slight rural setting. We were lucky enough to be facing a field so it’s literally like living out in the country.
