Located along I-44 about 90 miles southwest of Oklahoma City, Lawton is best known for containing the Fort Sill Army Base. Lawton is also home to Cameron University and the Great Plains Technology Center. While Lawton exudes a small-town vibe, there are plenty of things to do in town.

NEW Owners , NEW management , NEW Office Personnel . They take pride in their execution of their job and they honestly WANT to see the Property improve !! Top Notch Maintenance Crew . I think I will be VERY Happy here !!
The new owners are really on the ball!! The pool is fixed! My A\C is fixed and the hole in my ceiling is fixed! The grounds are looking nice, they've been working hard to make things right after the last people. They are friendly and helpful. Life here is so much better now, thank you! Ms Fuller
They take forever to get requests done, old laminate flooring peeling up as well as just painted over counter tops, one pool is broke and filled with stagnate water and the other is barely kept maintained, always green by the end of the week. People will break into your car, they do not do anything about complaints from peoples dogs who bark all day and all night. The gym isn't even worth working out in and the sauna is old and honestly scary to be in
I’m only giving it 1 star because you have to choose a star. The grounds of this apartment complex is horrendous & it has gone down hill fast with the new management. The remodeling is cosmetic only and it doesn’t fix the real issues. The maintenance suck the suck & you have to wait forever in a day until they do anything. You will be lucky to get stuff fixed. There are ones that work there with records! I wouldn’t trust anyone from the office. The laundry rooms are very nasty with mold and mildew. The 5535 side has washers filled with nasty water. There is trash everywhere, moldy clothes, washers leak all over the floor, the tiles are coming up, they don’t clean anything, hair all over the washers, wiring exposed, and so much more. The work out room is just as bad. The is stuff written in the mirrors, the floors are nasty with sheet rock, mold, mildew, water spots and it’s never cleaned. The carpet in there is never vacuumed or anything. The sauna is very nasty and it stinks. There is exposed wiring along with the breaker box and a ton of other things wrong. The pool is almost all the way drained out but there is some water still in it & it’s very nasty with trash in it. They will take you on a loop for any work order including serious ones. They are overpriced and rent price is definitely not worth it.
So after 3yrs living there owners changed manager change and rude...and maintnce change locks in my move out process and stole everything in my deep freezer . Previous manager was awesome. But I give new management a zero out of 5...
Just wanted to say that this place is much better then where I lived before. The management and maintenance staff have got it together. Plus my favorite place to eat "Texas Roadhouse" is right across the street. Good stuff I highly recommend Crosby Park Apartments!

My name is Mercy. I have enjoyed living here at Crosby Park Apartments. The staff is very helpful. When I needed maintenance, I didn't have to wait long to get anything fixed. Sherry is very personable and sweet. Grounds are clean and never have had a problem at this complex. I would definitely recommend Crosby Park Apartments. It is a very nice place to live.

I have bed bugs and etc. I been told them multiple times about this issue. They won't clean my carpet but want their rent money on time. Maintenance don't do their job but seem to harass tenants.

I put a work order in on 7/10/17 at 4:00 PM and none come to fix my AC unit and it was 80 degrees in my apt I had to go rent a hotel room. And here it's 7/11/17 and AC unit is still not fix still 80 degrees in my apt I went down to the office today when I got off work and the manager over the apt complex told the maintenance man to go fix a clogged sink and not my AC unit! It's 80 degrees in my apt. ????

Hi there and thanks for the feedback. We did have maintenance out to check the AC unit right away, but did have to order parts. We had the AC unit back up and running in a couple days. As far as maintenance fixing a different resident's clogged sink before your AC, we did not have the parts at that moment and were completing work orders until they arrived. We apologize for the inconvenience of the AC unit not working properly but did respond in a timely fashion and got it working for you quickly. If there is anything we can do for you, please let us know. We want to make sure all of our residents receive the best customer service possible.
Love Crosby park apartments and there STAFF! Miranda and Sherry have done nothing but help us and do there best to keep the property safe and a great place to live! I don't know who you are with the bad reviews but I have nothing but great things to say about The STAFF! If our staff goes we go I don't want any other staff other than them. THEY ARE THE BEST. do what your suppose to and there will be no problems. As long as you pay your bills and do what your suppose to things are good.

The assistant named Miranda is very nosey and talks behind people's backs. Shells 2 faced and she fetus into everybody business. She then spreads rumors and even have seen her mock residents and rolls her eyes when she thinks nobody's paying attention. She interrogates people when they are walking around trying to enjoy their day. Also most don't even feel comfortable to go in and pay rent but of course we have too because you can't pay it online.

I have lived here a few months now. The management they had when I first moved in was the worst thing I have ever experienced. My work orders never got done. The property looked so run down. New management came in not to long ago and has completely changed everything about living here. When I go into the office the ladies in there now are so friendly and caring. They are always offering me cookies, coffee, and even doggie treats for my precious little Sophie. All of the work orders that had been neglected with prior management got taken care of as soon as they made the change over. The property owner is even always here and constantly working on new renovations. I went from almost seriously breaking my lease to now confidently calling this place my home. I would most defiantly recommend moving in here!
Called the office twice about the problem 5 days ago...no response. Called emergency maintenance that afternoon. Maintenance man came, but it couldn't be fixed...needed an unavailable part. Since then I have been promised that a new faucet will be installed. That was suppose to happen yesterday. Told it would be taken care of this morning. NO ONE AT OFFICE OR MAINTENANCE WILL ANSWER PHONE after I waited all morning. This is unacceptable...this problem should have been fixed BEFORE I moved in !!!!
