Been rough so far. Hoping it gets better but I’m worried about it. Apartment was disgusting when I moved in and so many things are broken or need to be replaced.
love living here! awesome experience so far! any issues we have had maintenance fixes immediately. It is comfortable and quiet. No complaints at all so far.
Great place to live. Community is great, everyone is very friendly. Office and maintenance staff are the best. They get the job done quickly, efficiently and with a smile on their face.

I’ve enjoyed my time living at Bishops View. I do wish that management would review how many reserved spaces are actually being utilized and which are not. Depending on when you are trying to park you may be driving around searching for an open space longer than you would like. Even with that said, we do enjoy having the pool accessible 7 days a week now and often find ourselves there when we have spare time and the weather is cooperative. The proximity to Cooper River Park is also another great feature of living at Bishops View as I’m often looking for a place to exercise. La Scala’s is an easy walk from the complex too.

I love the location and coziness of my new townhome! The prep to the townhouse prior to moving in as poor but was addressed quickly. I can tell when I’m finished fully moving in it will really feel like home!

Overall we enjoy living at Bishops View. We like our unit, proximity to both Philly & the surrounding neighborhoods like Collingswood, Haddon Township and Cooper River Park. The amenities are great between the gym which we can use at any time and the pool will be opening up soon for the summer season. Having the Amazon Hub on site is nice and the trash valet is convenient even if we don’t always have the volume of trash that warrants the $25 fee each month. Parking usually presents the most challenge depending on the time of day that you are looking for a spot. Management is always approachable and looking to help us with any issues we have. Maintenance is responsive and they do a nice job making us aware of upcoming inspections or other work that is needed.

Had a decent experience living here . Parking wasn’t the best. Office staff was nice. We lived here over the winter so we didn’t get a chance to take part in all the amenities. The gym with a sauna is a nice bonus

I love this place. I've been living here for almost two years. perfect location. nice apartment. Safe and cozy. I love my apartment, it's big enough to have many things in the living roon. I have a small desk and chair, dining table, TV, Sofa and couple small chairs. all in one space. it doesn't look crowded.

The best part about living here is the location and the fact that it's pet-friendly. However, some residents get mad if your dog poops in the grass near their apartment, even if you pick it up. We had someone run out of their place and yell at us, and the staff said it was their right to do so. Doesn't make sense when we're being responsible pet owners in a pet-friendly neighborhood. There's a significant bug problem (spiders/cobwebs everywhere on buildings) and they don't spray for bugs; just powerwash every once in a while. Not a fan of the amenity fee for things that don't work or are not available most of the time (no trash pick up, pool closed for weeks, gym machines broken, Xfinity internet goes out, etc.). Also wish staff communicated a bit better. They've improved slightly in the last 6 months, but it's still like pulling teeth to get them to respond to an email. Hoping for improvements (without added $$$) in the future.

I have lived here for a little over 6years. It is a very friendly environment and the staff efficient. I like living near a park and especially the beautiful river. It has been a great place to live over these years.

Things are okay and are better but there are still things that do not seem to get better. We pay $60 a month for amenities and one big one that we still don’t have access to is the TVS especially with all Philly major sports being in season. It would be appreciated if they worked. Parking is absolutely out of control. There are multiple cars that don’t move and if you complain you are blamed instead of fixing the problem. Multiple people have 4 plus cars. It’s still very unsafe at night with no security. No working cameras around the property. Myself and many neighbors would rather pay for security than valet trash. It’s not safe to walk our dogs after sun down . Between car break ins and people speeding through the parking lot , nothing can be done because there are no cameras.

It’s a kind community with a lot to offer, they do different activities to keep all the residents involved i like that. They are also always available via email or office if you have a question and it problem.

This is a very friendly community. That is probably the best part of living here. I enjoy the park and river across from the property. It is wonderful for walking or simply sitting on a bench and enjoy nature.

Everything is great and the office staff is awesome. They have been very welcoming before moving in and afterwards. When I call to ask questions they always have a timely response and I appreciate it.

My partner and I love living here! We’ve had great luck with the new electronic locks and find them very convenient. The apartment is spacious and was relatively well-kept when we moved in and the staff is very helpful and friendly! They even host community events at least once a month which often involve free food, and the property has an online rewards system which is fun to play along with. It can be a little tricky to find parking late at night, the stairs at our building are a little rusty, and it can take a little time for maintenance to respond to requests but these are minor inconveniences that do not affect how much we love living here

Decent apartment to live in for the price! Management is a little disorganized and slow but they are willing to work with you. There is a beautiful park across the street.

It is a friendly community — the neighbor across from my apartment is attentive and helpful, especially when I am away for a bit. I like the conviene of both short time to work and close to my ailing mom. I also love the access to the Cooper River park — great for walks and exercise.

Elisa and Rose Marie in the leasing office were wonderful in helping me every step of the way, from touring the property, to helping me select the right unit to suit my needs, and taking care of all of the paperwork before my official move in date. The grounds are clean, my apartment is what I was looking for, the people in the community seem nice. It makes me, as a single woman in her 40's feel safe. So far this has been a positive experience.

Overall, things ok. However for the price, maintenance seems lacking. Stairs are rusting and missing pieces. Walls are painted carelessly so that outlets for cable are insulated with paint and useless. Renovations seem a little sloppy. Parking at night is a nightmare, as the only spaces left are reserved.

The area itself if a beautiful location to live in, right across from the lake. The apartments are pet friendly including a lot of dogs and cats living in the area.

Things have definitely got better however my safety is now a concern. We have had our cars broken into and been approached by unwanted people cutting through the complex. Yes, we made the mistake of not locking our vehicle but this is so common yet there has STILLnot been any safety measures taken. No security at night, no cameras, it’s not well lit here at all. You can see it had to be a gated community but it no longer is. With a significant increase in crime we would really appreciate security instead of valet trash and smart locks. As these are great amenities our safety is more important.

Just moved in but the leasing office was very helpful, the apartment looks great and we love the location! Setting up the internet was pretty easy and even though we're not on the bottom floor we were still able to get our furniture up the stairs with no issues.

Quiet, clean, well kept. Maintenance and office team are timely, knowledgeable, and respectful. Great work Elisa, Devon , and Chris . The grounds are well maintained even with a dog friendly environment. Grills are plentiful( not sure if they work but they are around) and common areas are well kept
