Baldwin Farms Apartments

I have lived here for 6 months and I absolutely love it here it is a perfect and quiet place to raise my 2 kids the rent is worth what you are paying for. You can’t find a better place to live. James gordon

I recently moved in from Birmingham. Miss Cindy and Nick are amazing they have helped me with the move-in process understanding everything and they even took the time to go over the lease with me. Any question that I've had they've always been super friendly about it. I love the fact that I can put my trash outside of my apartment and that somebody comes to pick it up that is always a bonus for me.

We love it here! Me, my roommate, and our kids got here in June and we have enjoyed every bit of living here! Our favorite is the pool!

Great atmosphere. Clean and friendly staff. Close to everything. Walking distance to restaurants, parks and post office. Friendly neighbors, quiet and safe.

It has a great atmosphere and the Baldwin farms employees are always helpful and friendly.

The complex is located in the heart of Robertsdale, so very convenient to everything. The office staff is amazing!! Very friendly & helpful in all the questions there is about the complex. Great amenities!! Melanie Quinley

I've been a resident since 2020 after Sally destroyed my house and I am thankful we were able to get right in and stay in the same area Management and ownership have changed hands for the better and I've enjoyed living around some great neighbors, seeing the property blossom with the beautification that's been done and maintained Our experience with staff communication has always been very responsive and maintenance issues are always handled efficiently the first time Each month the property has events for the residents and food is always in the mix!!! I love the food trucks that come on Fridays and the cook-offs amongst the residents at holiday time Each month we get notifications,at our door, of events set up by the office staff to bring residents together for food, fun and often times live music so don't hesitate checking us out it's a great place to live and the convenience to grocery, pharmacy, post office and of course great food is all within a 2 mile radius!! Any time I have any issues at all I get a really fast response. The grounds are taken care of every week, and pest control happens every other month, which is great for Florida. The valet trash is also amazing, many apartments don’t do something like that so it’s a great addition, the amenities are also fabulous, the pool is definitely five stars and the gym has everything in it. -Abigail Fineran

My husband and I moved here after retiring. We were delighted to move into this friendly community. The management, the maintenance dept.and all the amenities add up to a comfortable living space .

Very overpriced, apartments are not updated, parking is horrible, maintenance in almost none existent and you can never get ahold of office staff when needed. Horrible place

We have lived here for almost 4 years. The management and staff are very attentive and respond quickly if there is ever an issue. They have quarterly social gatherings for the residents too! Very quiet and kid friendly!

I have lived here for three years and just signed for another two. Staff is very friendly and very attentive. Amenities are some of the best, from the pool to the gym and even valet trash service. The grounds are kept neat and clean. Quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend. -Barbie-

I have lived at Baldwin farms for a couple of months and so far i have loved it. It’s a very laid back atmosphere and the staff is very nice. The pool is great and valet trash is nice as well.

We just moved into our apartment and it’s great. Move in process was a little tedious but after all of the paperwork, everything was smooth. Cindy and Nick were super helpful and answered all of our questions. Community is very quiet and is kept very nice!

I lived there for a long time and it’s a wonderful place to live the staff is amazing, everything is well kept and has a good small town community feel to it.

Horrible property management in the front office. Recently moved into these apartments and eager to move out. Little to no pest control (fruit flies are in the thousands, roaches, and ear wigs). Excessive and repetitive work orders for appliances not operating properly. I’ve requested property management to intervene on my behalf with my neighbors being excessively noisy to no avail (the repeated response is “quiet hours are past 10pm”). I can watch my light fixture swing when they leave their kids home alone. This is my 10th year living in an apartment unit and by far my worst experience. I will not be recommending Baldwin Farms Apartments to anyone.

I have lived in several apartments in the area. Customer service and maintenance staff are far superior to the other places (including an upscale place in Gulf Shores). Apartments are spacious and in great condition. The grounds are well kept. The amenities are numerous and resident centered. Any problems brought to the office are immediately taken care of. Location is convenient in the center of Baldwin County. I would highly recommend this place for your home.

I’ve lived here for awhile and it’s great! Kayla and Amanda are so accommodating to residents needs. It’s a quiet property with spacious interiors. It’s across the street from the trail at garret park which I like and some of my favorite restaurants are right down the street. The only thing I wish they had that they don’t is a dog park :(

Located near a variety of places to shop, eat, and work, beautiful places to see, and great activities nearby. Close to everything but not in high traffic or noisy area. Grounds and buildings are well kept. Staff is great. Great value for all that you get in apartment and location!
