I and others were threatened with guns including a state trooper and when office staff was alerted they didn’t take it seriously. Won’t let us get out of our lease for our safety! They want us to give them money rather than have us feel safe.

Moving to Texas I expected each place I contacted to be friendly and genuine. I was able to work with Taylor and she truly exemplified my expectatitons unlike others that i contacted. Being apart of a community where I am not just another tenant means something to me. I love living here at Hillstone at Wolf Ranch.
Move in was golden- the first few weeks have been golden
Great community to join. All the residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. We are so glad that we found this jewel within Georgetown.
The maintenance employees are extremely friendly helpful and asked if they can do anything else for me.
The property has declined and is not kept up . Trash everywhere and a lot of dog poop.
Leasing agents are very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a great vibe as soon as I walked in the door that made me think it was a fun place to live

Moving in to hillstone at wolf ranch has been wonderful! The pool is amazing, the interior of my apartment is great! I feel like I'm living in a better homes magazine! Everyone's been really nice and friendly and we've asked millions of questions before and after moving and there's never been a time when people don't have answers. Thanks everyone at wolf ranch!
Hillstone is a wonderful place to live! It can start to feel like a permanent vacation with all the wonderful amenities. The opportunities for social connection and community are very appreciated.

The staff at Hillstone are very customer focused and do their best every day to satisfy the needs of residents. Im pleased to hear that Marilyn became the propertys lead manager. Many of the staff know each tenant by name, our pets, and our quick to follow up after maintenance requests. I would definitely consider moving back to Hillstone someday. I enjoyed the amenities of the property, which seemed to bring together some truly wonderful people who I am happy to call neighbors.

After selling my home quicker than expected I was scrambling to find somewhere to live while building my new home. After visiting all of the complexes in Georgetown Hillstone at Wolf Ranch jumped to the top of my list! The propertys appearance was appealing, the available units were bright & spacious, & Melaine, who gave me the tour, was so helpful & friendly.
To anyone reading, it's worth taking the trip to view the property. You will get peace and quiet, convenient location to the stores and to the highway. Honestly, just check it out for yourself.

At first I was very skeptical of all the great reviews across all platforms for Hillstone at Wolf Ranch, however they're all fairly accurate. To begin this is my first apartment on my own since college but Sharon at the leasing office was amazing. She answered all my questions was super patient and kind during the entire process. She kept in contact with me so I had all the right information during my signing process. Honestly she was so amazing I can't say enough positive things about her. The apartment was the best one I've seen in the Georgetown/Round Rock area (I went to six complexes), so nice and new. Great Appliances and finishes, simple color schemes. Spacious even for my small one bedroom. Its everything I wanted in an apartment and its barely lived in. Upon signing my lease Marilynn was also super helpful in answering all my questions and following up with me. She also sets up events for residents and is very informative when things are happening around the complex. Highly recommend this complex, or at least coming to check it out for yourself.

Ive had a very good experience with everyone in the office. Especially Marilynn shes been very knowledgeable helpful and patient with me. Everyone there seems very approachable in my experience has been very positive.
Sold my home & downsized. Overall great experience here! Don’t want to leave. Love the amenities. Great front office staff & management. Grand kids love the resort style pool. Great mix of people from all stages of life.

Everything was done very professionally with enthusiasm, and the apartments seem to be very clean and well maintained.

My experience at Hillstone at Wolf Ranch has been nothing short of exceptional. The apartments are very nice and clean, the amenities are great, and theres a real sense of community here. The managers in the office are phenomenal!! They worked with me every step of the way to make sure I had a great move-in experience. I would recommend these apartments to everyone.
