There's been more car break-ins than we can count, shootings, and now armed robberies. Fire alarms go off weekly at 3 AM. You will be charged for valet trash that won't ever pick up and then get charged for "leaving" out the trash they didn't pick up. The property never gets cleaned. Guest parking is $20 and they'll also get broken into.

I am very disappointed with Bexley Summerhill. It used to be Alexan Summerhill, and things were great. However, since Bexley Summerhill took over, things have gone downhill. There have been multiple car break-ins, and the parking garage is frequently broken, with entryways that require FOBs not working at times. They also have a third-party company called STAR Parking that boots your car for any and all reasons, often unjustifiably. Bexley Summerhill management does not care and requires you to pay $75 to be unbooted, even when you pay monthly fees for parking and have done everything as instructed. Additionally, the fire alarms frequently go off, causing significant disruptions. The amenities are never updated, and the gym runs out of cleaning supplies all the time. The common bathrooms often don't have toilet paper. I would NOT recommend living in this apartment complex. The management is poor and truly does not care about the residents. They are also hard to get a hold of during the day if you have a job that is not remote. The price is not justifiable for the poor service they provide. Avoid this place if you can.

I moved in when it was first built and the staff and atmosphere resembled the visuals but it has been a horrible experience since the management property changed. The staff is unresponsive to any of your calls and/or emails and removed the capability of tenants posting concerns or questions on the app. The elevator is consistently broken and let’s not mention the insane amount of times the fire alarm is triggered. Since I’ve lived here I know without a doubt the alarm has went off at least 60 times No exaggeration!! They charge you to park in the garage and pay a contractor to look for opportunities to boot you vs paying for security to prevent the car break-ins. Fetch mail service you are forced to pay for is a joke Amazon won’t allow me to ship to the address yet I still have to pay for it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away

We have lived here since it opened a couple years ago. It used to be a great place to live but that has changed since new owner/management took over and it all went downhill fast. Elevators broken repeatedly, smelly halls from valet trash, registered resident vehicles get booted in the garage, poor maintenance, poor security, rude staff and numerous hidden fees inflate the actual cost of living here.

Way to many issues to justify the rent price. Attempted car theft and shootings, gate frequently broken leaving anyone to tamper with resident vehicles, fire alarms which consistently go off at 4am for 30+ minutes, a main elevator which has been broken for over a month, unit entry doors which dont work, the list goes on, and nothing is ever done but the typical apology and no actual solutions or compensation for residents

Location is excellent. If you know Atlanta or specifically Summerhill, you know this is a prime spot. The apartments are pair for the course with new metro construction in the last 10 years(slightly subpar). Washer/Dryer comes with the units and are located in the walk-in closet, which is frankly great. The bad: You are forced to utilize their Multi Dwelling Unit Internet service, which is actually fairly fast, as it is business internet. I was told that I would be setup my own secure network with this service, but now I am being told that is not the case by the MDU ISP. Now I haven't been able to properly work from home, as I am having to use my phone hotspot to have secure access. Not difficult to understand why connecting a work computer to a network with 300+ other people is a horrible idea. I was promised 4 weeks rent free, and this was included in my rental contract. It specifically states that this MUST be used on the first full months rent. First bill comes out, no discounted rate. I reach out to Sazsa and Lydia, who did say they would fix it, but now 2 weeks later, rent is due and it is still not fixed.

They provide their own internet service and prevent you from using your own. It costs money to send a technician out to you if you have any issues. The wifi is slow, particularly when downloading things, cuts out a lot, and takes a while to connect to devices. I use my cellular hotspot when doing something serious that requires a stable internet connection. Extremely frustrating seeing as they charge us $60 a month for wifi that’s not even good The roads leading to the parking garage are in poor condition and overcrowded with construction vehicles. Even in the parking garage for residents, the cafe of construction workers take up all the good spots and their huge trucks block adjacent spots. I will say this. Management is quite nice.

Unfortunately, this unit has showed to be a terrible decision. The windows are paper thin and only for show, if anyone walks by, a car, a bus, a dog, or the security system on the street goes off, you will hear it! 500 for a lease transfer should be a crime in a brand new place built with the insulation of a shed.Noise has been an issue from day one. Whether it be an obnoxious stomping and item slamming upstairs neighbor, many aggressively Loud weight slamming neighbors in the gym, neighbors who pull out equipment in an already small Gym - only to leave their mess for someone else to clean up, and neighbors who go to the gym late at night or at 4:30am to scream and slam weights against the floor.
