The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Bexley Exchange
Excellent place to stay nice clean quiet and friendly staff. I love it. Thank you! Barbara
Bexley was beautiful when we first move in but as always after some changes up front the whole property takes a loss. The staffing at the front is all over the place with misinformation and outlandish fees. They really don’t understand how things work and cost tenants more money. Paid to break my lease and was hit with more charges after the leasing agent told us something totally different. They don’t take accountability and are very passive aggressive. Property has dog poop all over and is in a construction zone for 2 years. Mud everywhere. But the apartments are very nice but walls are very thin and if you have a noisy neighbor you just have to live with them. They won’t do anything but tell you to keep a paper trail but tell you they cant do anything bc it’s he say she say no matter the severity. The manager is very passive aggressive and nasty if you actually have an issue. Very disappointed bc they will sell you when you view it. Make sure you tour the property good and look around. Valet trash isn’t consistent. Be sure to get everything in writing bc the manager will use it against you

My stay has been absolutely amazing. I definitely rank Bexley exchange #1 in my nearly ten year rental history. The property is gorgeous, in the perfect location, and the staff is resourceful! Jonathon , Dennis, and the entire BE team including the maintenance are SO professional. I highly reccomend. This location is perfectly situated in a quiet yet convenient location right near the highway and everything you can think of from food , fun , to essentials!

The WORST place to stay. The fire alarm goes off once a week. When asked about it, the leasing office staff and owner said it’s faulty wiring that is too expensive to fix. Also, the elevator stoped working months ago and still has not been fixed. Also, they use rent money to do events every month for kids instead of fixing the issues in the building.

I felt in love with the Heights since the first time I visited.. Then came Matt.. he is just wonderful. The same apartment I visit I called it my home and Matt helped me get it. Merci merci Matt for your time. This place is peaceful, can’t wait to enjoy all the amenities.. feels like Im on vacation here lol. A big thanks to Anisha also who helped me on my moving day. Great team
The Heights at Exchange are AMAZING! The staff (Anisha) is courteous, patient, and kind, as I toured AND called the property several times before making a final decision. It is in close proximity to everything that I need Top Golf, Andretti’s the Mall of Georgia, 85 North/South, AND MUCH MORE. May can not come fast enough…. I CAN’T WAIT TO MOVE IN!!!!!!!!!! ??
This experience was a great one. My partner and I wanted to pick a place of comfort and call it home. Matt was very nice, understanding and answering any questions that we may have had. He was literally the best tour guide ever and it shows. All the attractions that are near by from Top Golf to Andretti’s is amazing. Walking into the apartment, it is beautiful. Everything compliments eachother in the apartment, it really is nice. We can’t wait to start our new life here.
My husband and I toured the Heights at Exchange and knew that we would make this home for 2022! We toured the property with Matt who is the absolute best! This complex is new construction which is a plus and it has so much to offer. You can expect amazing/friendly staff with their sweet and smiling faces, beautiful luxury apartments with top notch amenities and a perfect location! Height at Exchange is literally walking distance from dining and entertainment such as Top Golf and Andretti! We are so happy we came across Heights at Exchange and we cannot wait to move in this summer!
