We Love Our New Home
The last couple of months has been nerve wrecking. Being homeless with my children was very hard and once I came across Beverly and their move in special, I had to apply for a unit. It took a little over a week to move in and I love my unit. Even though we’re way in the back, literally, my kids and I love our unit. The staff was great, even though there was some miscommunication, I would recommend this complex to anyone in need. It’s been 4 days and so far, we love it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I have lived here for over 2 years. This is a horrible complex due to the owners and revolving door of Mangement and staff. No one answers phones or email. No one knows how to help you. They charge for amenities they don’t even provide - the staff is rude and incompetent. The one great manager they had quit - now the office back to being run like a garbage dump. No one addresses work orders. No one attempts to help. They only communicate about rent payments. Nothing works or is available. The gym has never been open. The pool is disgusting! The maintenance men are lazy! The girl in the front - sits there bc she surely don’t answer calls or emails. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Do not rent here
They continue to straight up lie to residents and prospective residents about the property. They DO NOT have a basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, two pools and many other amenities as the website claims. The treadmill in the gym shot sparks at me while I was using it and burned my leg, and the management response was to ignore me when I told them about it and plug the machine back in as if nothing happened. There are too many other significant issues to list here about this place. The worst place that I have ever lived by far, and although the physical property is not great, it is definitely the staff here that makes it terrible.

Disgusting. Water leaks EVERY MONTH. Roaches. Terrible area and way over priced for this piece of garbage apartment complex. I can see through my porch into the neighbors floor

Love my apartment/ Great staff
I moved in a few months ago and I have little to no issues. The few issues I had in my unit, staff responded immediately. The staff is always friendly and and helpful.

It would be great! If anyone took care of it!
The Beverly would be a great place to live, if anyone took care of it. The grounds themselves are littered with trash (take a look at the attached picture.) Nobody bothers cleaning it up and the area is infested with bugs (it's located next to a natural swamp, so that's to be expected. But you'll end up with roaches, spiders, silverfish, etc). The dock is INFESTED with spiders. I'm talking horror-movie amounts of spiders and webs, people. The community is listed as "gated", which is true, but that gate is always open and does not close. Anyone can walk right in off OBT! The laundry facilities only supply cold water, as of the past few months. And your apartment might be listed with a "washer/dryer hookup" but I would walk through the apartment you are actually about to rent beforehand, as we never saw one that had a hookup but was told we were getting one. Our Maintenance guy is great! But the others in the development are hit or miss (Some are outright rude.) The apartments are "renovated", but with no attention to detail. In fact, when we moved in, they had just repainted! But they repainted over a dead lizard that had been living in the apartment before us. (pictured below). The smart outlets that are oh-so-cool are also hit or miss because they haven't been wired properly. The good? The Beverly has a lenient pet policy (even though bags to pick up your droppings aren't ever stocked). It's a quiet neighborhood, despite being off OBT. And the lake it borders is home to a family of river otters! I would love to say this is a great place to live, but the company that runs it either needs to start investing in their property or start caring.

Very Quiet
I have been here for a year and although it is an old complex and does need some updates, the manager is doing her best to get those updates completed. She is very helpful and does her best. The complex is very quiet and safe for kids. I actually am very happy here!

Lake Jasmine
Lake Jasmine is a quiet and affordable neighborhood conveniently located near shopping malls and grocery stores. I've been living here for a year and I love it here so much I decided to renew my lease.

My experience at Lake Jasmine has been a positive one for the most part.
Pros: It's quiet despite its busy location. The neighbors keep to themselves. The clubhouse, pool, and view of the lake are very appealing. Also, Lake Jasmine staff is starting to host events for the community. The first event is a movie night on the lawn in lieu of Halloween. I am excited to see the turn out. The apartment (1-1) that I live in is a decent size. Security is on site at night with proper safety equipment. The front gates work properly so that is another safety net there. The gate is only open during the school hours for the children who take the bus or walk. Maintenance staff is very nice and get the job completed within 24-48 hours. Laundry facility is decent. I never had an issue with management. They are ALL very nice and work super hard to make sure everyone walks away happy!! I LOVE THEM!!! ^_^ Cons: There are stray cats that roam around and sometimes at night you will hear them fighting. In order to get a laundry card u must pay $5 but that's only for the card. There is no money added to it. Then you must add $5 to the card to use it. The machine only takes $5 bills. Packages are not accepted by the office. The leasing office still doesn't answer the phone often but if you go to the office, they will be more than willing to help. Sometimes the office will close early or something will happen where the whole complex is impacted (i.e. water shortage) and there is no way of letting everyone know. I wish the staff would gather residents email address (or robo call everyone) to notify them of quick updates and changes in the complex. I just think that there should be a better way of communicating with residents. Honestly, regardless of where u go, there will be an issue. There will be something that makes you feel upset. However, in comparison to other places I have heard about, I feel pretty happy with my stay at Lake Jasmine Apartments. There have been a lot of positive changes to this community and I feel like it will only get better with time.

The staff in the office are the best and always ready to help. Maintenance crew are always taking care of anything I ask in less than 24hr. The apartments are specious and over all economical. Is a great place over all.

I love this place, the rooms are huge and the apartment is spacious. Since we got a new manager everything been upkeep. The gate has been fixed, the landscape is always done and maintenance is always on point.

Get What You Pay For
The apartments are inexpensive, after a month or two, if it takes that long, you'll understand why. The maintenance crew is pretty much paid to drive around on their carts on their phones. The day I was shown my apartment, the front door was an issue, I was told they'd be fixing it later that day, 8 months later, it still hasn't been fixed, no matter how many times I've mentioned it. Our guest bathroom toilet was broken for roughly 6 months, the office not considering it an issue since we still had one functioning toilet. The office staff is friendly, but they've lost my rent check more than once, they like to try to make me pay more money than neccesary, it's pretty much just a huge scam of an apartment. But if you're looking for cheap apartments, Lake Jasmine is your place.

Affordable and very quiet, relaxing place to live. I like the fact that the actual apartment complex is sort of hidden away from the main busy streets.

Welcome to Orlando, Florida The place where your dreams can come true for you and your family. Lake Jasmine is a great beginners apartment for those starting to fill up their apartment history. The complex is in the middle of Orange Blossom Trail in Central Florida. It's Is close to all the theme parks and major high ways, also, near the two main roads. You have access to bus stops and must of the local establishments are walking and bike distance away. In lake Jasmine you have a friendly community, pool, basketball court, and a lake with a volley ball field near by to enjoy on the weekends. There is also a path way to walk your dogs and must people commute after work. If your new to the area living here would sure allow you to get familiar with all the great things a city has to offer. Take you time and take a look it would be worth it.

great place to stay
Lake jasmine is a great apartment complex. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean apartments. Good pricing. Not that far from international drive, Florida mall, and the airport.

Lake Jasmine Apartments
Apartments are decent for the amount you pay. I personally have no complaints other than the roaches that not even Massey Pest Control seem to be able to get under control. However the management team is very good at responding to complaints.They are also pretty good at working with you when you need more time to pay the rent. I dont have any problems with my neighbors, everyone pretty much stays to themselves. Apartments are very spacious.
