I moved her and I really like it cause it was in my price range and Michelle in rent office has helped me souch with everything. I kept wanting to look at apartment but always closed,door was shut but she came out to show my new apartment downstairs. I like here , thank Michelle for making it easy, help with getting cable wifi working cause box was missing.
Don’t move here, walls are thin you can smell weed smoke from your neighbors, they do inspections every 3 months but they only give you about a 24hrs notice, doesn’t have central air & the ac unit in the bed room isn’t strong enough to reach the living room, the road to get to the apartments have been close for 2 plus years so you have to take the long way home, mold grows in the bathroom wall, landlord told me to bleach it, but anyone with common sense knows you need to actually cut mold out the wall, the “ updated “ floors are a mess feels cheap & whoever did the flooring needs a new job because you can feel bubbles on the floor when you walk.
I need to downsize and a search led me to Bethabra Gardens. The application process with Mandy was very easy, and a few weeks later I moved into my new home. The 1 bedroom is perfect for me and my cat, and I really like the large walk in closet. This complex is very quiet, and it's nice to be able to park right outside my front door without having to search for a parking spot. Cable/internet included is definitely an added bonus. Bethabra Gardens is definitely a hidden gem in this area, and I'm glad I found it

The whole process of getting an apartment here is a piece of cake Mandy helped me move in the next day and it's a nice quiet place the apartments are freshly renovated too it looks very nice.

I just moved in and I love it so far, it is in a quiet neighborhood the leasing process went smoothly thanks to Miss Mandy in the front office! The one bedroom is spacious and enough room for myself, and it’s newly renovated. There is never trouble finding a parking spot close to you apartment, definitely recommend!

I moved in with my newborn it’s our first apartment of time a lot has changed for the better. New management, very communicative, friendly, and helpful I just renewed my lease also a reasonable price

Horrible apartment and management. Walls are thin you hear everything from your surrounding neighbors. Walking/ TV/Radio. Not smoke free, I always smell marijuana or tobacco smoke in my apartment when I don’t smoke. The pool is usually closed. Trash on the grounds. Management only cares if you sign the lease, if not they refuse to do any updates.

It’s a great starter apartment if your just looking to get out . Very spacious . I don’t think it’s really meant for no more than one person however .
For a 1 bedroom the layout is nice and spacious. No complaints. Neighbors stay to themselves. Not much noise. Very affordable.
These apartments are supposed to be “smoke free” they’re not, and complaining to management will do you no good. They only want your money, they don’t care about anything else. Maintenance is poorly experienced as well
I just moved in a month ago and I love it. It's nice and quiet and the manager Mrs. Helm is a very sweet lady and she is on point about everything. She will listen to you and she will take everything you say seriously and she is good about handling things right away. This apartment is really close to University parkway and it's still close to downtown Winston. It's also really close to Hanes Mall Blvd and Strafford Road so it's very convenient if you have to go anywhere in Winston. It's also just really quiet and it's so beautiful. Mrs. Helm works very hard to make sure that it stays nice and quiet. I love it because it's not far for me to have to go to work and it's close to a lot of things. It's a great way for me to get to know Winston-Salem. I love it here. It's great!!!
