I've been living here for about five months now, and it has been a great experience! The cleanliness of the entire complex is impressive, and the amenities are top-notch. As someone who works from home, I particularly appreciate the well-maintained fitness center and the various areas throughout the complex designed for remote work. The staff's availability and responsiveness are remarkable. They promptly address any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free living experience. A special shout-out to Kelly and Jerry and all the amazing staff! Y'all are truly great and have made my time here exceptional. Overall, living here has been wonderful, and I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and professionally managed place to call home.

I have been living in many apartments throughout my life, and have moved to Berkeley Trace in 2019. I have never experienced such a nice community before. My neighbors are people that have dignity and respect for each other, and are friendly to chat with. Safe neighborhood. The management staff on site have been very helpful when I had a maintenance request. The maintenance team where on the issue within minutes of the issue being reported to them. It also helps that the grounds are so well manicured and overall a very serene feel to the area.

Hi, I am a longtime resident at Berkeley Trace and all I can say is how blessed I have been to join this neighborhood. Everything has been smooth sailing from the day I moved in. When I had an issue with my sink, maintenance headed over right away! I feel safe in this neighborhood and I happen to find Berkeley Trace to be a nice friendly crowd as well! All I can say is that I’ve been blessed!

We’ve been here for a few years already, and just love the community. Everyone is super friendly. Also very well maintained grounds. I go on walks with my dog on all the pathways. My dog likes when I bring him to the state of the art dog park as well. My husband says we are not moving away from here… I guess time will tell lol

We have lived here for about a year and it has been great. We have a renovated unit and the updates are done well with quality materials. The community is quiet, clean, and the neighbors are friendly. The property manager, Philip, goes out of his way to make sure all maintenance requests are fulfilled and is always asking how the complex could be improved. Speaking of maintenance, I don't contact them often, but when I do someone is at my apartment quickly to address the issue. It has been a solid experience so far.

We relocated from Texas and were searching for the perfect place and this is it! Friendly management and staff. Prompt, professional and courteous maintenance. Any issues we’ve had were immediately addressed. Our apartment was renovated right before we moved in, so everything is new and updated including kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances, bathroom, flooring, paint, carpet, window blinds, and doors. The property is spotless and landscaping beautiful. They’re also pet friendly so our two little dogs are happy as well.

The maintenance stinks. Don't rent here. The windows leaks. The carpets and units are outdated. The walls are thin and management simply is not trustworthy. After several attempts to correct the issues, the property manager did absolutely nothing. I would not recommend renting here.

I’ve lived in a lot of apartment communities over the last 60 year (as well as 2 other popular ones just in the Bensalem area)! This is by far the best property by a long-long shot. From the office staff, to the maintenance, to the property itself. The office staff is so welcoming (Philip and Sierra are amazing and extremely professional), maintenance is very quick and efficient, and the apartments are absolutely STUNNING! Can’t recommend Berkeley Trace Apartments enough!

They are absolute liars. Phony reviews. Management are liars. Unprofessional staff.

This place is nothing short of a nightmare. Smoke alarms did NOT go off when the fire happened a week ago. There are 8 families displaced and only 3 available units. There are units coming available in January for NEW tenants that haven't signed a lease yet, and the management will not reach out to these new tenants to explain the situation so that those who do not have a place will have a place instead of a hotel to live in. AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS. 100% horrible now with the new management.

I went in about a week ago to look at the one bedroom apartments and let me just say that the property is well kept and clean, inside and out! I love how every apartment/townhome has its own entrance. I haven’t lived here yet, but I’m hoping they’d have a one bedroom available when I’m ready to move. You’re probably thinking why am I leaving a review if I haven’t even lived here yet and the reason is because of Kim. Whether I live here or not, I felt the need to leave a review because Kim was such a pleasant person to talk to. I’ve gone to so many apartments complex’s and some would just rush the process of showing me an apartment. She took her time with me, was so inviting, and answered every question I had. She explained everything thoroughly and I just felt so comfortable knowing that if I did move here, she’s someone I can come to if I ever had an issue. I hope to move here soon, I would encourage anyone who’s looking for an apartment in this area to look here. You won’t regret it! Ask for Kim, you’ll love her. Salam Darwich

We moved here 6 months ago. My dog has many doggy neighbors (wish they had a dog park). All of my neighbors are friendly. My apartment is the old version model but super cute (not like many other places we checked out who want to charge you $$ for anything better then a metal kitchen cabinet). Lynn was amazing in the sales office I felt like she wanted to do everything she could for us. best part, PRIVATE ENTRANCES!!!

The leasing staff was so helpful and supportive during the move in process. They made the whole process so easy. The first day I moved in they were having a resident appreciation party and I met so many great neighbors. The location is ideal, I can get on I95 in minutes. There are also so many great restaurants and malls in the area. Price was reasonable for a large one bedroom with a den. I'm so happy I moved here.

My family and I just moved in. We have been very happy so far, the staff has been super helpful. They are always available. Our kids love swimming in the pool and the new clubhouse is very nice. We have parking right out front of our townhome and I am able to work out in the gym. The rent is very reasonable. We are very happy.

One of the worst managements I have ever seen. The staff are extremely unfriendly and rude. Maintenance is horrible and my apartment had termites. It was months before maintenance did anything. I would not recommend this place.

I was without hot water for weeks. Maintenance is terrible. They left the door open. Items were taken and the property manager did nothing. The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly and the new property manager is not very friendly. I can't wait to move from here.

One year was enough. Worst decision I ever made. Maintenance is terrible. I had no heat for over four day. Maintenance refused to do anything. One of my windows on the first floor was broken and it took maintenance a week to fix. The staff and the property manager refused to do anything even when I stated security was an issue. They were rude and did not take it very seriously. Maintenance is serious issue here. A horrible experience.

Maintenance is horrible. They refused to deal with a mice issue. After three attempts, I had to get out of my lease early. The staff is horrible and unfriendly and the apartments are noisy. Not worth the rent.

I work in the city - it is very easy to get to work. I moved from a small town in Ohio - this reminds me of home. the area is very nice, neighbors are helpful, the maintenance man I met was awesome - I was a bit intimidated about moving to such a busy area - he definitely set my mind at ease while fixing my toilet. The office staff made me feel welcome from the start. I just got new window - love them!

Berkeley Trace offers $500 for a new tenant referral. Well, I have been waiting since November 2016 for the $500. I have spoken to the Toll Management office and the management of Berkeley Trace on several occasions and had been told that they are looking into it and I should be getting a check any day. Well I am still waiting! I pay my rent on time and if I didn’t I would be charged a late fee. If Berkley Trace is not going to pay this referral fee of $500 then they should not offer this incentive to their tenants. Shame on them!

This is absolutely one of the worst places to live. Maintenance is down right awful. The leasing office staff are rude. They have mold and bugs. What worse is management will not doing anything about it. The maintenance staff has to be laziest bunch. I have lived in many places, but I must this place gives new meaning to low class.

My home here is great. The office staff and maintenance are the best. The grounds are beautiful. I love the private entrance, washer dryer in my home. There is a lot of space in every room. I would highly recommend this property to all who wants a great and friendly place.

I have been living at Berkeley Trace for just over a month now and have not had any complaints. Upon move in, I was welcomed with freshly laid carpet and a refurbished bathroom tub and toilet. This is my first place to myself and I couldn't be happier. A decently sized kitchen and dining area. More than spacious bedroom with WALK IN CLOSET! And a dual stack washer/dryer. Combine this with my own private entrance and central air and you have one happy tenant!

I just moved into Berkeley Trace 2 months ago and absolutely love living here. It's easy for me to take the train into the city on the weekends and I enjoy spending my free time in enjoying the gym and pool! The office staff was always pleasant and helpful.

I just moved out because I got a job transfer to Chicago. I lived in a townhouse at Berkeley Trace. I moved in because I was working in center city but didn't want to live in downtown Philly. Easy commute....I took the train. Now I'm moving to another city......ugh! Not downtown! My neighbors were nice, has a pool, (although I never used it), gym....okay for cardio stuff. Staff is nice and never had any problems. I would recommend.
