To say Axiom is poor is an understatement. We moved in and everything was dirty. Dead flies on the wall. Even to this day I have to dust off my plates before I use them because the burnt cubbords won’t be replaced. The washing machines are constantly broken and smell like smoke. You can’t ever reach the leasing manager. She refuses to answer the phone. She will only answer emails. Instead of fixing our issue with mold last summer, they scrapped the wood off the doors to make them skinner so the humidity wouldn’t keep them from closing. They don’t respond to concerns. They hit you with hidden fees. The apartments are absolute crap. They don’t update them, they poor the money from this complex into the nicer ones in Rexburg.
