Like the community. Wish residents would remove their trash cans from in front of their homes except on pickup days. Waiting for the pool to open! Are there any community activiies? Any planned?

So far it’s great! Good community , good neighbors. I feel safe walking my fur baby around the community. I also like the fire pit and bbq grills and the pool. I like that it is a gated community too.

New community and while the townhomes are comfortable and new inside, the community is not well maintained. The landscaping and construction leaves a lot to be desired. A year later and still the amenities are not open or working. Under new ownership/management so hopefully things will improve for a brand new community.

Great except for the fact our pool hasn't opened yet and the gate isn't operational ?? We've been here for over a year now so disappointed about that since it's a fairly expensive neighborhood.
