whenever we need something fixed its taken care of next day! very quiet place office staff are extremely helpful and sweet

never had any trouble- everyone has been so kind and accommodating, and the park area is refreshing! As well as it being very calm and lovely around here.

10/10 recommend these apartments. The recent renovations they’ve done are great. I moved in around a year ago and I have 0 complaints. Great location right by all of the things. And management is very helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a new home check them out.

This apartment complex has been a great place to live. The units are clean and modern, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The staff is friendly and professional. I also love the quiet neighborhood and convenient location near stores and restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable home.

We moved here in 2023 and absolutely love it. Property manager is super kind and understanding. Maintenance is quick and thorough with his work! Definitely recommend this place!

I’ve had my months of being in a financial hole, and each time Valorie understands ands gives me some time to get back on track. i cant think of many landlords who would do that. The grounds are kept clean, the area is secure, and there’s plenty of friends around

Apartments are laid nicely. Decent size. Activities for kids by the property manager. Close to stores, gym, and food places. I highly recommend checking it out

Oh they'll let you live there 9 years, then turn around and say your apartment is making the building smell bad! When it's the pot smokers that don't go outside or open a window! The manager will turn on you in any given minute if she doesn't agree with what you do or say! They took my home away! I'll never forgive them for that!

I have been living here since June 2023, Valorie has been amazing throughout my time living here. The apartments are nice, quiet, and any concerns are taken care of extremely fast! I’d recommend anyone to live here.

Why do I love Bent Tree Apartments?! It’s a great place to live! Very updated and clean! They are always having someone clean the building and keep up with landscaping! Very family oriented! The are super fast on maintenance requests and very nice about it! I have no complaints here!!!

I have been here for a couple months now. It’s a great community and Valorie always works with you on getting whatever you need for your apartment! We have not had any issues what so ever and absolutely love it here! Everyone in my building is so kind and I have great neighbors… Plenty of pup friends for my dogs to play with:)

Valorie has been so nice and helpful throughout the move in process. Building is nice and well kept, as well as the community itself. Very satisfied!

We moved our college age daughter in 1.5yrs ago and have had nothing but great service from the property manager.

I moved in to make room for my first child and absolutely love it. The property manager is incredibly friendly and sweet. Buildings are secured and kept clean, apartments are a good size and affordable. Neighbors are quiet and polite. plus I'm close by to all of my major shopping destinations and my doctor's office.

We’ve lived at Bent tree for almost two years and it has been great! Valorie is always super helpful and so sweet! The maintenance team is constantly on the grounds keeping the area nice + clean. Always quick to help fix any issues going on in your apartment too.

Would leave 0 stars if I could! Horrible/very rude property management, inconsiderate!

Lived at Bent Tree for about 6 months now. In the rare event of an issue with the apartment...management and maintenance was quick to respond (even same day). I have no issues and would highly recommend having a stay here. Justin

Bent Tree is a very nice place! So close and accessible to restaurants and the highway. Management is super understanding and helpful with anything you may need. Would recommend these apartments to anyone!

This neighborhood really has an amazing community feel to it. The management staff is beyond helpful and very friendly. Its close to the main road in town while still being on the quite side. Love that the kids can ride their bikes around safely!

Benttree is a beautiful property, everybody there is so nice and welcoming especially the leasing manager, Valorie. She is the reason I will be renewing my lease.

When we moved in, Valorie in managment answered any of our questions and has been there to help us with anything we needed. The management and maintenance team are awesome along with the community that we have here! Our kids have found multiple kids to play with, and its so nice to see everyone together!

I am so pleased with this apartment complex! It is one of the nicer complexes in piqua! I would highly suggest renting an apartment here. The management team is amazing and works with you so well!

We love this place!! The office and maintenance team decorated the complex for halloween and are hosting a movie night! We are really happy to call this place home!

I love being so close to the bike trail! My golden retriever Daisy and I walk/ or ride the trail several times a week! After we always stop by the office to get a treat from our favorite property manager Valorie!

My daughter called in for maintenance and I was pleasantly surprised he came out the same day! Very professional, and I feel good knowing that she is in a nice complex.

Bess took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, in walking distance.

I've been wanting to move towards the north of Dayton for sometime, but wasn't in a huge hurry. I came upon Bent Tree on apartments.com and decided to go check it out. Johanna in the leasing office showed me a couple apartments, and after 8 years in my current building in West Carrollton, I knew straight away I found my new home. She was very communicative and made the move in transition seamless. I'm excited to be living here and seeing how it works out for me. This building checked a lot of boxes in terms of amenities and proximity to my new workplace but by far feeling taken care of and made to feel a part of a good community was number one on my list.

I needed to move quickly from out of state and am not very good with computers. Lynn and Taryn made the application process so easy for me and the lease process as well. They were just wonderful and understanding. And our apartment is just perfect we just Love it didnt have to clean just move in and relax such a wonderful place to be.

I needed to move in quickly to my new place and Lynn made it easy. From helping with the on line application to getting insurance takin care of. She is very nice and helps you with whatever she can. And the apartment was very clean and spacious, appliances are nice and new, a great place in Piqua to call home.

The apartment is open, clean and very spacious,with beautiful appliances, laundry in every bldg, 24hour maintenance. The office lady was super friendly and helpful. I am excited to bring my friends and family back to see it too.

I am coming up on my one year anniversary and Love it here at Bent Tree. The maintenance and office staff are really on task. You need something they take care of it quickly. I have recommended Bent Tree to several family and friends it’s a great place to live.

I have lived at benttree apartments for about 7 months now this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with apartment living the staff are very friendly especially Lynn she treats you like your family that’s hard to come by any more these days. If anything goes wrong you won’t wait long I haven’t had any issues with my apartment. It’s a safe place you will have no worries at all.

Bent Tree is wonderful they were able to get me approved and scheduled to move in all in the same day. The location is awesome and the apartments are beautiful, clean and ready to move in no cleaning needed. I can’t wait to make Bent Tree my home.

My roommate and I are moving in on Monday can’t wait Bent Tree Apartments are the nicest Apartments we have found and we looked from Troy to Piqua to Sidney are so glad we called and came in to see them.Everything is clean and ready to can move right in won’t have to clean anything first. Have never been able to move in without cleaning for hours first well done Bent Tree .

BENT Tree is in a beautiful area with trees everywhere and gorgeous buildings. The Apartments are big and open with lots of closets and room to move around I can't wait to start classes in the fall and move into my new home.

Wow what a nice area full of gorgeous trees beautiful buildings such friendly people.And a wonderful location close to everything I need and like to do. The rent is a little high but they are so worth it just check them out you will agree.

I am moving into Bent Tree in late summer my roommate and I are very excited about our new home. It’s very open and spacious has a balcony and lots of yard area for our dog and plenty of pet stations for easy clean up. Bent Tree is a little higher in rent but it is well worth the money you absolutely get what you pay for.

My daughter is going to Edison in late summer and will be moving into Bent Tree. We have looked around and for the price location and the beautiful apartments I am so happy we found Bent Tree. Lynn in the office has made the transition so easy for us. If you are looking in the. Piqua area definitely check out Bent Tree a little expensive but worth it ,
