About Bennett Apartments
This building sits on the corner of Magnolia St., and Hunter St. It is in the historical district of Stockton. There are 24 Apartments (1 Br and Studios). Some long term tenants have lived here for many years. It is a Quiet atmosphere inside. Gated Entrance's and has security camera's at all entrance's of the building. There are 3 floors with an elevator. It is for "active seniors". Not for those that can't care for themselves. No Pets of any kind are allowed. We do have a parking lot, however there are only 10 spaces. The parking is gated, and also has a camera that records coming and going to the lot. The manager lives on site, and the owner has an apartment for when she is in town. There are some restaurants in the area (Taco Bell, Mc Donalds, Jack in the box, and others), Walgreens, Gas stations. Bus transportation in walking distance. Hospital's. Very close to Downtown Stockton.
