The lady's at the office
The new manager and the receptionist they are excellent at what they do they are always nice and outgoing Belmont place has been upgrading lately for the best I recommend both of them

Roach Motel
Let me start by saying the appliances were infested with roaches. We get weekly pest control and keep all food sealed and cleaned but the roaches are still showing up. If you submit a work order they will mark it as completed even if it is not truly fixed. Additional fees not expected is also great. As well as super friendly staff that do not actually resolve issues.

There’s no place like home
When you find that special place that really treats you like a part of the Community Family. They go out of there way to interact on a daily basis giving back to the complex with all of their creativity. Some places your s number , here you matter. Never have I ever walked in and seen Jillian not being bubbly and helpful. Even in days that you’ve had a rough day she can immediately find something to May your day turn around. So that’s why I say there’s no place like Home! Reviewing a lease ahead of time with no hesitation because your know you’ll never find anyone that brightens the day like Jillian. This mgr has talent , she adds her personality to her professionalism and then adds that special touch of greeting and what do we have “ we’ve got talent “ . Just look st the creativity as it comes to life, there’s never a drab month in the Office. So if your searching for the place, this is the PLACE!! I couldn’t feel more at home than I do !! Thanks for going those extra miles to welcome me !!

Absolutely Love this place.
I have been living here for 5 years and other than the minor hiccups with maintenance, I absolutely love this place. There has been some changes here but Sophea is still here and she is the reason I continue to renew each year. The office staff makes you feel more than just a tenant. They truly care. There is a new maintenance guy and he is quick to make sure things are getting done. I've called the office to out in a work order for my ac and he showed up at my door 10 mins later. I love it. The lights on the property are all functioning which I am pretty happy about. Landscapers take pride in their work and you can definitely see it out on the property. I love the quietness and coziness of this community.

Not recommended
It is not useful to live here, bad maintenance by the staff, I have been in a bad state for more than a year and they have not been able to fix it, water is everywhere and all that water is going to go out on the bathroom floor, these people do not know Worry about the tenants, they are only concerned that our payment by the end of the month arrives on time. And that of the cabinets in a lie because all this here is older and rotten than anything. Not recommended for anyone ?????????????? Ah I forgot also that there are many bugs, frightening cockroaches!

Landmark at Amelia Ridge
The maintenance men are pretty good and fast. The management is not reliable or fair to their apartment renters. However, I loved the color and the ceiling fans. But they are not insulated very well.
