The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Belmont
I’ve been bouncing around renting apartments for the last 7 years or so, and it’s going on 4 years I’ve stayed here at park central. The amenities and leasing staff are nice, plus there’s an excellent pizza shop here that I can say is genuinely amazing and convenient. The maitenance guys are friendly and always show up at a timely manner. It’s also nice to have a security team at the front and throughout the neighborhood. The area is pretty nice anyway but it makes me feel that much safer to have them around. On the downside, Park Central will not hesitate to tow your car in the middle of the night, and when you go to pick it up for $180 at a junkyard in a terrible area, you’ll notice a “warning” sticker stuck on your window. I can understand getting towed because you don’t have a parking pass, but it is uncalled for Park Central to tow vehicles that they deem to be “unfit” due to having a broken window, flat tire, or late tags. I think this is an easy way for Park Central to make a lot of money and make peoples’ car issues 10x worse. It’s not a solution at all and there is no warning. It just goes to show that they can smile and be friendly, but whoever is pulling those strings truly doesn’t care about you even though you pay to live here. This didn’t start happening until this year though, so hopefully they take this into consideration and try to come up with a better solution that frees up parking spaces without burning holes in pockets. Other than that, I’d recommend Park Central to anyone considering to make a move here. Rent is expensive no matter where you go, but Park Central could lower theirs a bit based on what you get. The units are standard so it’s really what you make out of it. I love my apartment and have made it my home during these last few years. People come and go for the most part, but it’s nice to see groups of friends and families walking around the lakes and neighborhoods. There are always events, classes, and parties at the restaurant and gym which always has a fun turnout. I hope this helps for anyone who is interested. Good luck in your search!
This complex is using COVID as an excuse to keep their amenities closed!! I am paying so much money to live here and all the hot tubs have been closed since March and they have limited the pool hours in which they are barely open during weekdays and are closed entirely on weekends. Again they are using the virus as an excuse to reduce the costs of running things and keep things closed or with reduced hours!! The basketball court is also only open 4 hours a day which makes no sense! And you have no privacy while playing as they have a security guard watching you play the entire time because someone got shot there years ago. It really is awful here. All the pools and hot tubs should be open with normal hours, let people live their lives!! The governor of Florida gave the entire state the "all clear" to go back to normal several months ago yet this complex refuses to do that. Do not EVER live in this community!!
I love my new home it’s amazing! But what truly got me to say yes this is my home is my leasing agent Ms. Marvia she is outstanding, kind , helpful and her customer service is so professional she truly know how to help new family feel apart of something great her personality is everything as well I can just brag on and on about her I love her if your look for your new home park central at Belmont is the place to be and ask for my leasing agent Ms Marvia because she is what complete the full experience
