The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Thank you for your review of Bellemont Victoria II! We appreciate the feedback and are thrilled to hear about your experience at our community!
these apartments are terrible in my opinion the prices some are good but the management is terrible. when a situation occurs in the complex management doesn't care to hear both parties but will leave several notes at your door whether you have been home or not. and place them in your file. the windows on the buildings seem to not have a lock. the floors are damaged pretty bad, cabinets are broken, holes in the walls, and several writings on the walls.some times your front door would get stuck and you won't have a way to get into your own home and several times the water lines go down for a while. when the lights go out you could consider it BLACK OUT IN THE HOOD. the police would tell you their not coming out reason being they do not like working this side of town your practically at your own risk. if your late on rent the price is 100$ late fee. maintenance enters your home without notice in advance and would leave without placing a note to let you know whether or not they were there. this is most definitely not a place you would want to call home.
