Health + Housing aims to improve residents' overall health with buildings constructed to FitWel Building Standards and convenient access to healthcare services. Belle Reve at H3C, named for New Orleans-based non-profit Belle Reve, has 92 one- and two-bedroom units reserved for residents aged 55 or older and the Belle Reve Center. The Belle Reve Center will provide residents with supportive services and programs to meet their current and future needs, with a particular focus on engaging with seniors and members of the LGBTQ+ community. The amenities at Belle Reve at H3C prioritize resident's physical and mental health and include a co-located healthcare clinic managed by DePaul Community Health Services and an on-site Community Healthcare Worker. All units have ENERGY STAR certified appliances including in-unit washers and dryers. Residents have incredible courtyard or city views from their apartment homes with secure entry and free parking. Belle Reve at H3C is conveniently located to I-10, downtown New Orleans and public transportation, including the historic St. Charles Avenue streetcar line.
