Property Ratings at Bella Vista
This is the worst place I have ever lived. Neighbors are always loud, the halls smell so bad I've almost thrown up just walking to my unit. There is always trash everywhere. Water randomly gets shut off at least 3 times a month without warning. Building is old and gross, and not well maintained. Communal laundry area is filthy with only 4 machines for the entire complex with at least 1 always being broken and the rest smelly and full of dog hair. Also expect lots of bugs. Ants will be a constant issue and mosquitos will also find ways in through the cracks in the slider or main doors. If you can live somewhere else you should
Clean freshly remodeled units. Easy access to highway. The staff is all very friendly and helpful especially the ladies in the office. When relocate back to Cali it will be home again.
Bella Vista is a beautiful place to live. The team is super friendly and helpful and for California and the area the prices are great. I wish I would have found this place sooner!!
Lived here for almost 2 years and it's quite literally the worst place I've lived at. Have come home to homeless people in the hallways, and people using drugs in the parking lot. Lots of construction constantly, dirt and debris prevalent inside due to lack of air circulation. Renovations were done, however, very cheap quality cabinets, appliances, and lighting. Half of my outlets do not work, and when I asked the maintenance about my light he said he didn't know how to fix it. Overall very cheap, but very low quality of living.
