Bella Vista Apartments

The best part of my 1 year there were the 3 men of their maintenance team. They respond quickly, do a great job and are great people. I appreciated knowing that they would take care of any issue I had, which were a few, and do a great job. Thank you!

I have been at Bella Vista for a year now and the office and maintenance have done such a great job. But when I needed to transfer, Katie helped me through everything and make it super fast and easy. Thank you Katie!

Bella vista staff makes everything easier, we are so happy with Yancy the new Property Manager, she will explain and help you with anything you need about your apartment. She is always there with smile and ready to help you. She is very friendly and professional.

I can't say enough of how great the place is run. Beautiful lake view quit peaceful neighbors and the staff here make you feel at home highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.

I enjoy living at Bella Vista Apartments Anayancy. Their property manager is always accessible when I have concerns about my apartment. She is knowledgeable and got back to me quickly with my concerns.

We moved in last month, and love our new apartment. The staff at the front desk and the maintenance staff are all excellent and really care about the residents. Katie was especially helpful to us, and is always at the ready to help answer questions or solve any initial issues we had during our application or apartment appliances. The neighbors are nice, and the pool is a plus!

We love our apartment at Bella Vista, and we have Katie at Bella vista to thank for helping us through the application process. She was super friendly, helpful and patient with us throughout the process after we had a few hiccups with the application. She went above and beyond for us and we are super happy with our new place. On top of that, the maintenance guys are also fantastic. They are prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. We had a water heater issue that we requested they check out, and they were there same day to fix it. We really feel listened to and cared for here at Bella Vista. Highly recommend!

Just wanted people to know if you are looking for a place to live please consider Bella Vista. You won't regret it. From the office,Terri,Katie and Kelly . Also maintenance is awesome Brian and Andy and the new gentleman get your work orders done fast and right.. I have lived in other places that don't care as long as you are paying the rent ....NOT HERE.

They have a great and friendly maintenance staff. In charge is Brian who is quick to respond to requests. They do a good job trying to maintain and keep residents happy

I enjoy living here, it’s quiet. Neighbors are nice. The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. The maintenance department is what shines though. Brian especially. He has come through for us many time and always has done a great job and always with a smile. Brian alone is a 5 star!

I was only in for a tour, but my guide Katie was very welcoming and answered all my questions with ease. Great property!

Bella vista has been by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Our neighbors feel like family and the staff is incredible. we love that it’s pet friendly & a perfect place for family too!

September 4, 2023 Mrs. Terrie, Was very professional, knowledgeable and asked the right questions in order to meet my research inquiries. The club house , had an inviting appearance and seem very clean. The property site seem presentable as well. She took the time to show me a model unit. The property is located in a hitten ideal area. Renter beware, read your contract. They own you, they regulate your guests and their parking your pets with pet profile that cost money and can raise rent each year as much as they want. In two years my rent increased $503 on a one-bedroom apartment. You have been warned. Keep looking.

The apartment is spacious, the grounds are cool, nice neighbors, but what stands out is the maintenance guys. Justin was just in my place for 3 days getting my AC up and running without making me feel like a pain!

Stephanie was so awesome with helping us move in! We were so happy to be able to live here once we got approved. It's truly one of the best locations on the Treasure Coast, and staff like Stephanie make it so much better!!

Nice structure with nice designs. Prices are very high right now. Hope they come down a little bit. When I sell my house I will hopefully get a place at Bella Vista Apartments.

Bella Vista offers the convenience of being close to the city with the peace of having nature around you. Every morning I’m greeted by squirrels, sandhill cranes, ducks and turtles. Plus the maintenance team is always super helpful and nice. The one maintenance man Justin always knows how to fix whatever problem I have, does it in a timely manner and has a great attitude while he does it.

Bella Vista is a beautiful community, staff is very friendly and efficient. Highly Recommend.

Wow! I had my washer leak and within 15 minutes Justin the maintenance guy was in my apartment helping me repair and clean up the flood. Never had bad service from these guys.

Spacious floor plans and amazing staff. Great location

I arrived for my tour early and the management was very flexible and agreed to complete my tour. The unit I viewed was a good size for the price. The grounds were very quiet and clean.

We moved here from N.Y 6 months ago. Sight unseen except for what we seen on line and pictures that were sent to us. They really went above and beyond to make our move an easy one. When we pulled in we couldn't believe the beauty. The pictures do it no justice. We are on the Savannah side. We have great neighbors. The apartment is beautiful. Both my husband and I love nature and sit out all day amazed by the wildlife. It's like watching animal planet from out screen room. We have seen Turtles, Catfish, crabs, an Otter, an Armadillo, birds like I have never seen before. Management and Maintenance couldn't be better. You put in a work order and they are right on it. We only needed them twice but they were here without delay and always friendly. Even when you see them in the parking lot. The lakes here and amenities are beautiful. The pool is beautiful. I just want to thank everyone for making our move everything we dreamed it would be.

Recently moved out about a few months now. And I just wish someone had warned me before we moved in. I think like most who end up here we gave them the benefit of the doubt even though we knew to run. We stayed here for about three years. And it’s wasn’t the prettiest or easiest. Maintenance is a complete train wreck we’ll start there; from sleeping by the pool to speeding around in the golf cars all day. My apartment was one of the few good but my neighbors on the other hand continuously had maintenance over. The buildings are falling apart and the manager is so juvenile that she can’t see that. She insist on being an office potato but won’t restructure the clearly failing ways of Bella Vista. I commend the people who stay and feel like the must put up with that joke of a four walls they call an apartment.

I highly recommend avoiding this dump! Totally run down, dirty! Dog poop everywhere. Everyone smokes their filthy cigarettes in the breezeway. You litterally can’t leave your apartment or sit on your porch without being subjected to the smell.

The staff here is always friendly and willing to help it seems. The 2/2 that I rent seems very spacious and comfortable. They have lake views surrounding the buildings and a nice big pool with a 24/7 gym. The parking is decent but first come first serve. Solid construction and I have never heard a sinlge neighbor of mine which is a HUGE plus. The apartments are nicely tucked away and somewhat secluded for privacy and no traffic noises.

Bella Vista Port Saint Lucie is more than an apartment, it's a home. Large rooms, big baths, walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and livingroom, ample cupboards in the kitchen. Washer and dryer hook up in the pantry. Screened in patio on the first floor, balcony on the second floor. Some units don't have either, instead they have a den. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff react quickly to any issues that may come up. The property is maintained superbly. There is a computer center open to use, fitness center, pool, dog park, laundry room, grills throughout the property. Personally, I love the wildlife, Sandhill Cranes, Ibis, turtles, fish, ducks, hawks, American Eagles, etc. Though we are situated in the quiet foliage we are only half a mile from US 1 and minutes from all the shopping you could want. Directly east 4.5 miles is the Atlantic Ocean.
