Amazing community to live in one I'm proud to call Home the property is kept clean. The only issues I have experienced is that the cars drive way too fast through the complex and when it comes to scheduling appointments with management they tell you one date and show up another without giving the 2 day notice paper other than those issues the complex is quiet, well kept and the apartments themselves inside are very spacious and they just feel like home

Quiet place … scenery is also beautiful very comfy living spaces … never had any problems with neighbors or staff … speaking of Staff very very helpful, friendly and they go above and beyond. I do not have any complaints after 2 years living here .

Great amenities, clean and quiet community, only negative is the response time of maintenance. It takes 2-3 days for maintenance to arrive if the issue is not emergent, and it can take hours for them to come when it is.

Wish the carpets were installed better but other than that it’s a great place. In my apartment there are nails from the carpet sticking up and the carpet has loose areas. The neighborhood is nice and quiet , good people in the area.

The staff is quick about all the repair in the general areas and are good about keeping the clean. The area is nice and quiet. Everyone always has their pets on a leash which I can appreciate since I am teaching my non socialized dog to not react to other dogs.

The apartment's maintenance is very responsive and accomplishes tasks pretty quickly. The grounds are generally pretty clean. The property is fairly new, or at least feels like it.

I moved out of state from California to Arizona about a year ago and I found this apartment on apartment.com. This apartment is amazing. The maintenance is very respectful. If you have any questions or concerns about any maintenance issues, they come out the next day and help and fix whatever you may need Leasing Office is very amazing. Very helpful. Very kind very much. Appreciate them if you’re moving to Arizona or in the Arizona State and you’re looking for a new place to stay please consider Bella Mirage to be your new home.

Overall my resident experience here has its pros and cons. You will meet people that are so nice and warming then you meet some who are just so rude. Some are very considerate and some are not. But overall I enjoy living here the past year but I won’t be staying.

Great place to live. Quiet, clean, well kept and great maintenance if you ever need it. Would recommend this community to anyone thats looking.
Love it here!!! I love the community the residents are friendly, kind and polite, the property is well kept, The pools are always sparkling, the gyms are always kept clean I have lived in a couple of different apartment communities and this one by far is the BEST. If you have little ones ready for school or in school the school district is AMAZING...

I enjoy the complex. I don’t use the amenities but enjoy the peace and quiet. I don’t like how USPS and other carriers drop off packages into an open room without notice or proper supervision.

Bella Mirage has been a great experience for me. This is my fourth lease that I have signed. The apartment complex is clean and safe. As well as budget friendly. The maintenance and office staff have been amazingly helpful. Great place to live.

Its been good, clean rooms, no bugs, very quick responses to my service requests. Some doors stick but I’m sure I just have to do a service request, I just haven’t yet.

Wendy was really helpful and friendly and made my moving process so easy. She even called after i moved in to make sure everything was okay and good other managements dont do anything after you sign papers.

Staff is alaalways helpful up to their abilities, I been living here and I love it I felt safe and happy it is like my asylum . It's pricey I cannot lie about that but I would still not want to live anywhere else if it's about renting. The maintenance if they don't finish the right wppay and it's reported then it is swiftly taking care of , so thank you fir picking me and letting me be your renter

Great apartment! I’ve been here for almost three years and love it. The staff and maintenance are efficient. The outside stays clean and the have security at night. Huge plus when I found that out.

Moved in about 6 months ago peaceful not much noise. The pools are great, the neighbors keep to themselves. Also do see children playing with each other. Nice areas to walk the dog and they supply doggie bags.

The moving process was kinda weird but we love the place. Some staff people were nice and some not too nice but it seem a good community. We are excited to start our new life.

Been here almost 4 years I love my community. It’s quiet and clean I have no issues. The people here for the most part are friendly and most clean up after their dogs. Overall it’s just a really nice place to live

I’ve been living here for two years, no gun shots, no sirens, just peace. The community is large and everyone is cool here. The dog parks, theatre, and gym are great amenities

So far so good. Responsive and I didn't get a rate increase when I renewed. When I put in maintenance it gets done pretty quick. The grounds are kept in pretty good shape.

My time here has been regrettable. Mandatory trash service is never used, sleep has been an issue with loud cars/motorcycles flying past the apartment at all times.

Overall, the apartment is very big for one bedroom apartment, everything was on good state. Community amenities are a mega plus for me, specially the gym. Gym equipment is on excellent state. Pools are areas are clean and usually attract a family environment which is a pro for me. Also every other weekend we had a food truck visiting the community which is something new for me.
