So far so good. Responsive and I didn't get a rate increase when I renewed. When I put in maintenance it gets done pretty quick. The grounds are kept in pretty good shape.

My time here has been regrettable. Mandatory trash service is never used, sleep has been an issue with loud cars/motorcycles flying past the apartment at all times.

Overall, the apartment is very big for one bedroom apartment, everything was on good state. Community amenities are a mega plus for me, specially the gym. Gym equipment is on excellent state. Pools are areas are clean and usually attract a family environment which is a pro for me. Also every other weekend we had a food truck visiting the community which is something new for me.

I like living here. It is an nice place to call home. The one thing that can be made easier is making a maintenance request. They are very good at responding to request but putting the request in is a long process. Other than that the apartment are well maintained. Love having our own washer dryer.

Living here is nice , all except for the loud cars and motorcycles that drive by all hours of the night . Landscaping is always clean. Management is always polite and attentive to your needs and do call and email back . Communication is the key

My husband and I move in last November and so far we love the whole vibe these apartments have. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful so far. No noisy neighbors so far! I also really like the gym and staff. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

Mostly very friendly staffing. Maintenance rep replies to request very timely. Parking is really close and it’s not too difficult to find parking for friends or guests.

I enjoy staying here, only thing is people who are coming in have a cheaper rate than people who have been here for years. I’m paying more for my 1bed room compared to someone who has a 2 bedroom from rates from December. Other than that staff are friendly and maintenance is fast

It’s been great and renewed the lease. Just need better maintenance. I had a drawer that was broken and they claimed to fix it but the nails are sticking out and it popped off again

Great customer service and great community. This has helped my transition from california to Arizona a pleasant one, and easy. Love that it’s located so close to the stadium in Glendale and to phoenix you can’t say you have nothing to do here.

We moved from the east coast and so far everything is great. Our kids enjoy the pool and being able to ride their scooters and bikes. My only complaint would be people picking up after their dogs.

Each time I get the opportunity I am so pleased to talk about the Dynamics of The Bella Mirage residential staff all the ladies Sasha windy Sherry ca margia believe me they are the best team that I have seen in complexes that I have stayed in always on top of things. They have assisted me faithfully as I transitioned from one apartment to the other they walked with me through it all and when we hit the last bump Ms Sherry took it all in I got my renters insurance from another company she suggested thank you so much all of you all for being as efficient as you are

Bella Mirage is a wonderful place to live with many great amenities. My family and I are loving the experience so far! The front office staff are all very friendly and attentive to everyone who walks in the door, and everyone in the complex seems to be nice and respectful too! It’s a very very nice apartment, they offer lots of fun things to do with the pools and dog parks! They also have food trucks often. The staff is very nice as well!

You love your apartment because it’s your personal retreat—cozy, familiar, and filled with your energy. The space reflects your style, offers comfort after long days, and gives you freedom. Whether it’s the natural light, the perfect location, or the quiet solitude, it feels like home. Every detail makes it uniquely yours, a place of peace and belonging.
Great The permanent is very spacious. I haven’t had any complaints or concerns since living here and I’ve been here about five months. It is a great place to live.
Excited to move in but found some neighbors that were friendly. The facility was clean especially the gym and super excited to use it including the pools
I really love living here it’s nice and quiet. I never had any problems here everyone is so nice. I feel safe to walk around to go to the gym and stuff. I also like the new food truck options they put every week. I really do love living here!
Staff is really amazing! Residents are very friendly! Not really used to it though because how society is. But it reminds me how I grew up. Like neighbors are neighbors
So far so good. The noise level is a bit loud sometimes with people being loud after hours though. I love that the office hours are extended.

I had the pleasure of Meeting Sasha , She was extremely helpful, she was very knowledgeable about my questions I asked her, also very clear on what she needed from me so I didn’t have to run around feeling overwhelmed. It’s nice, not too loud. Haven’t noticed anything smell wise from neighbors. Seems filled with nice people who know how to live in an apartment complex.

We ran into a few issues but after speaking with April everything was back on track and we got the unit we were hoping for. Smooth move in afterwards
Amazing staff was helpful, community was very clean. I am excited to move in. The apartment was clean and fully refurbished. Love the amenities provided as well

Got about 200 dollars worth of bogus move out charges. The guy they assigned to me tried to tell me I racked up a 140 dollar water bill in less than a month and brings up charges that I ALREADY PAID months ago attached to the move out bill and just expects me to accept it.

I had really good time with these apartments met some really cool people had no issues with neighbors would recommend to family and friends the gyms are very nice equipment is fantastic friendly people the food trucks are really good many cool events

First, the lady’s in the office are so nice. Especially CaMariya. She helped me through my hiccup of not reading my information which caused a delay in my move in. She’s awesome. I’m super excited about my new place. It is bigger and better than I imagined. Then there is the maintenance worker, Walter. Soon as I had my power on, I turned the heat on and OMG, smoke came from everywhere and filled my apartment. I panicked because I didn’t have any number available but my daughter contacted maintenance. Walter came right over, aired us out and insured that everything was fine. Thank you again Walter! I’ve only been in my place for one day and I’m loving it.
