I moved out of state from California to Arizona about a year ago and I found this apartment on apartment.com. This apartment is amazing. The maintenance is very respectful. If you have any questions or concerns about any maintenance issues, they come out the next day and help and fix whatever you may need Leasing Office is very amazing. Very helpful. Very kind very much. Appreciate them if you’re moving to Arizona or in the Arizona State and you’re looking for a new place to stay please consider Bella Mirage to be your new home.

Overall my resident experience here has its pros and cons. You will meet people that are so nice and warming then you meet some who are just so rude. Some are very considerate and some are not. But overall I enjoy living here the past year but I won’t be staying.

I enjoy the complex. I don’t use the amenities but enjoy the peace and quiet. I don’t like how USPS and other carriers drop off packages into an open room without notice or proper supervision.

Bella Mirage has been a great experience for me. This is my fourth lease that I have signed. The apartment complex is clean and safe. As well as budget friendly. The maintenance and office staff have been amazingly helpful. Great place to live.

Staff is alaalways helpful up to their abilities, I been living here and I love it I felt safe and happy it is like my asylum . It's pricey I cannot lie about that but I would still not want to live anywhere else if it's about renting. Moved in about 6 months ago peaceful not much noise. The pools are great, the neighbors keep to themselves. Also do see children playing with each other. Nice areas to walk the dog and they supply doggie bags.

I’ve been living here for two years, no gun shots, no sirens, just peace. The community is large and everyone is cool here. The dog parks, theatre, and gym are great amenities

So far so good. Responsive and I didn't get a rate increase when I renewed. When I put in maintenance it gets done pretty quick. The grounds are kept in pretty good shape.

My time here has been regrettable. Mandatory trash service is never used, sleep has been an issue with loud cars/motorcycles flying past the apartment at all times.

I’ve loved it here so far.people are very nice and respectful and it’s walking distance from and ok bar and a great driving range. Very understanding neighbors.

Overall, the apartment is very big for one bedroom apartment, everything was on good state. Community amenities are a mega plus for me, specially the gym. Gym equipment is on excellent state. Pools are areas are clean and usually attract a family environment which is a pro for me. Also every other weekend we had a food truck visiting the community which is something new for me.

I like living here. It is an nice place to call home. The one thing that can be made easier is making a maintenance request. They are very good at responding to request but putting the request in is a long process. Other than that the apartment are well maintained. Love having our own washer dryer.

Living here is nice , all except for the loud cars and motorcycles that drive by all hours of the night . Landscaping is always clean. Management is always polite and attentive to your needs and do call and email back . Communication is the key

My husband and I move in last November and so far we love the whole vibe these apartments have. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful so far. No noisy neighbors so far! I also really like the gym and staff. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

Apartments are well lit it up. Very quiet place. The residence seem to be very friendly. The maintenance people are kind and friendly. And do good work.

I enjoy staying here, only thing is people who are coming in have a cheaper rate than people who have been here for years. I’m paying more for my 1bed room compared to someone who has a 2 bedroom from rates from December. Other than that staff are friendly and maintenance is fast

It’s been great and renewed the lease. Just need better maintenance. I had a drawer that was broken and they claimed to fix it but the nails are sticking out and it popped off again

Absolutely love living in this community it's clean and quiet they take really good care of the landscaping and they make sure the pools are clean, the bigger gym is always clean the residents are nice

Great customer service and great community. This has helped my transition from california to Arizona a pleasant one, and easy. Love that it’s located so close to the stadium in Glendale and to phoenix you can’t say you have nothing to do here.

Overall super great, minor noise issues with some neighbors but other than that it’s super great living here and my little family loves it as well!
