Bella Estancias

We have lived at Bella Estancias for the last 3 years. Thank you Bella Estancias for creating such a beautiful community for my family. This property is well maintained. Jennifer, the property manager and Niko, the office staff is friendly and very attentive. Maintenance is quick and efficient. We plan on staying for awhile.

Glad to be back home in El Paso after 18 years. I have enjoyed the peace and hospitality. My maintenance issues are and have been addressed in a timely manner. I love the flooring and high ceilings. I'm comfortable in my apartment. Thank you.

The apartments look nice from the outside. the upkeep is atrocious they don't service the A/C yearly. poor job making the apartment ready to move in. Every other month something beak down and need maintenance attention. we have been without a/c for almost 2 weeks without resolution. yet they still place notice to vacate on the door demanding 2nd half of the rent payment. when the appliances break when management act/insinuate as if we don't know how to operate the appliances instead of fixing it correctly in the first place.

The apartment complex was not safe. Some of our stuff was taken from the patio and the front door. Even one day we found our car’s windshield broken and the office didn’t take any responsibility and just told us to call the insurance. Also they didn’t show us the apartment before we moved in and it wasn’t similar to what they told us.

Parking is difficult. People allow visitors and family visiting to park here for days at a time People with more than on car keep the car they do drive parked for many weeks and at times months with their car covered before and then switch out the other car for the same amount of time. People store their cars here covered for weeks at a time. People create parks spots, making is difficult foe other to get in and out of parking spots. People save park spots for others. There are broken cars here with Bella Parking permits in the window that has been parked/ stored here for almost a year. People park in red and yellow zones and in front of dumpsters. All this makes it hard to park.

The apartments are nice on the inside but do nothing to block out noise from upstairs neighbors. Aside from hard walking, our upstairs neighbors have loud parties and are overall just rude and obnoxious and the office has done absolutely NOTHING to help!

Living here was such a dream! My husband and I relocated to EP due to the military, and from start to final day we loved it. Not only were they very accommodation (our 4lb, 14 year old Pomeranian and I relocated from Maui without seeing the apartment and property, so I was going off of my husbands impression and the communication from management), but they were very responsive to all our needs. I am not sure about the experiences of the other negative reviews, but when I gave constructive feedback I was always met with a positive 'can-do' attitude! The people who manage the property are just that; people. They do their best, and do well with a little grace and understanding. For the most part, all service requests were addressed quickly, maintenance and the landscaping crew were always working, and worst case there was a few day wait in between. The property is very secure (don't want to tell you how many times I forgetfully left my door open or unlocked... not even mentioning doing the same thing with my car, lol! Drove my husband a bit crazy, but we were blessed with a secure property.) We moved here during COVID, so there were not as many community events. But that didn't stop Mal from running little entry-way decorating contests, or dropping off themed goodies on holidays! She even hosted a lovely socially-distanced event with local Opera performers! Truly next level. Moving out was a seamless process, and since I had done periodic deep cleaning and maintenance (even carpet cleaning after a few months, due to having an older puppers), we even got back some of our $200 deposit back! I have worked property management before and that is pretty unheard of, especially when one has pets. To sum it up, I personally believe you get out what you put into the community you live in. My husband and I are homebodies, and adored every moment in our lovely apartment. The community was lovely; everyone was friendly and respectful, and management honestly cared and did their best to nurture a community and property they themselves wanted to reside in. <3 If we end up here in EP, we would love to return! I highly encourage you to personally take a tour of the property and get a feel for it for yourself. (:

My wife and I just arrived in El Paso and never got to see the apartment before we moved in. It looks really great and the staff made it easy to move from another state. I love the appliances and the dog park. Highly recommend.

We just moved in and didn't get to see the apartment before hand. Jennifer was really helpful and made the process really easy. The apartment is nice and clean. We love the kitchen. One of the easiest moves we have had. Highly recommend.

We've been here since March and love it. Love the bathtub and pet washing room and park. It has a very neighborhood feel. Staff is great.

I just love it here !! All the staff is so welcoming, polite , and assertive. They listened to what i was looking for and made it happen stress free!!! This is a great community quiet polite and safe. Bella Estancias is #1

We've lived here for 3 months and have nothing but positive things to say. The apartments are spacious, well finished and quiet! We love using the gym, it's so convenient, and look forward to the warmer weather so we can use the huge pool.

its hard not to love it here at Bella Estancias. they have the most beautiful apartments, and amazing accommodations. we love the events every week-end and the daily happy hour. our kids love the playground, huge pool and hot tub. we use the gym all the time and it is pretty decent. so far we are very happy here and haven't had any issues, i would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the area.

I was one of the first residents here and have seen the complex grow over the years. Truly a good place place to stay, whether you work on post or in central El Paso. The second floor apartments have high ceilings and excellent acoustics (if that matters), and plenty of light (large windows on three sides). 17 minutes to both the 1AD HQ and Commissary on Ft. Bliss if you're involved with the Army. The staff have always treated us well, and are responsive to our needs. If you're moving to the El Paso are I highly recommend that you check out Bella Estancias.

We Love Bella Estancias! The management team is AWESOME, kind and helpful. We love the pool during the summer days and free wine and beer at any time of the day while the office is open. Little one loves the playground as well. For an amazing place prices are VERY affordable. So glad we chose Bella!

My stay at Bella Estancias has been very pleasant. All of my work order get done very quickly for example I put in a work order for light fixtures all around house with in a couple of hours its was complete. Every time I come to the main office I'm always greeted by very nice staff especially Charles. If anyone is looking to move here 12 out of 10 would recommend. P.s. Ask for Charles hes very nice and help me every step when I first move here.

The staff here is care and welcoming. They show you that they care about you and your living experience here at Bella. They know you by name not just a number.

I have resided here for the past 6 years. Its always well maintained, quite with a nice home vibe. In the past 6 years, the current managent (Ms. Lily and Mr. Charles, along with through maintence and custodial staff) have exteceed past management! They provided excepentional consumer service, make you feel and at home with a warm smile everytime you see them. Management also goes above and beyond in managing any issues that arise. Highly recommend Bella Estancias for your next place of residence!!!

?????????? I just want to thank the management staff @BellaEstancias on their exceptional service on getting me moved in to my new place. It was literally the fastest and most outstanding move-in experience I can remember. I had my keys waiting for me when I came in to sign my paperwork. Their property is very well kept and my apartment feels like my new home already. Hats off to the management crew!!! Also, thanks for the refreshments in my refrigerator waiting for me when I moved in.

Me lily the property manager is amazing love her to death she always made sure I was taken care of the property is beautiful and looks identical to the pictures online I’ve stayed here for 1 year and I loved it if I didn’t have to move I would stay as long and I could ??????

There was a shooting by one of the renters. Not the kind of people I thought we'd be living amongst. Not a good place for kids or families. Good if you are young, male and like to drink. Looks great on the outside, but the quality is so poor once you actually move in. Four of our neighbors had leaks that took months to fix. Fawn, Mallory and Charles were genuinely wonderful, they look out for you. On the other hand, the current manager will be your best friend while you live here, but will turn on you once you move out. Its her job to get as much of your deposit, and she is extremely slick. Other than that location is decent if you need access to 375.

This apartment complex charges different prices depending on the day for the same floor plan. The apartment are sweat boxes. They appear to look very nice but are really poorly made.

My husband and I fell in love with these apartments. Malory gave a us a really fun tour and you could tell she loves these apartments. We will definitely be moving here when we move to El Paso.

Beautiful apartments, So happy we chose them to live in while our house was being built. Management team was attentive and catered to our needs. They wonderful maintenance staff. Would recommend this complex to my friends without any reservations. We enjoyed stay at this property.

Lived at Bella for a little over a year. Really beautiful and well made apartments, awesome neighbors and awesome pool. The hot tub works intermittently (if that) and even if it's at 102° It can be freezing cold the next. If you complain about it they say the heater is broken and then it takes at least a month to get fixed. Once tried to tell us it was a kiddie pool :/ There really isn't a lot of security there an although it never happened to us we had multiple neighbors have stuff stolen (bikes, 4 wheelers on a trailer, etc). The main gates are often broken and ever since they started doing construction the entire back of the property has been wide open. This also leads to people without parking passes taking up all of the parking. There are signs that you will be towed but that never happens. My biggest complaint is that they completely violate the Soldiers and Sailors Act in regard to military members that PCS. Most apartment complexes have a move in deal: 1 month free, no deposit, etc. Bella does as well. However, if you get orders before you have fulfilled your lease agreement they will make you pay back the concession that you received. Luckily one of our old neighbors is a lawyer and has taken this to JAG and found them in violation of the act.

Only 2 women work in the office/barely answer the phone. They are never in the office. They always lie to you about what amenities are coming. They are too expensive for what you get. They need a new manager!
