Located about 14 miles northwest of Downtown Tampa, Citrus Park provides a suburban, old-Florida feel, complete with palm trees and moss-covered oak trees. I am absolutely blown away by the kindness, attentiveness, and generosity of the staff at Bell Westchase- from the initial meet and greet tour with Kency, convening with Amar for an air conditioning situation or parking questions, and collaborating with the team to host a Toy Drive for the nonprofit I happen to work for and everything in between/ This apartment complex truly has the BEST most FUN most COMMUNICATIVE staff any resident could ever imagine. My sis and I feel very safe and secure here and intend on living here for a few years. -Marissa K.
PLEASE NOTE VERY PLEASANT AND ACCOMMODATING! I WOULD GIVE PROPERTY 5 STARS OUTSIDE OF THIS POOR UNIT. They do a lot for residents and have a tremendous atmosphere! Again going above and beyond in so many other areas. Apartment unit is permanently damaged with urine burns on flooring, walls cabinetry. Very disappointing unit.

I love living here. Large one bedroom Great local restaurants, gyms and shopping in the Westchase area Great Staff, amenities and gorgeous pool area. Gated community. I love living here

Property itself is gorgeous as is the interior space of the apartments. However, the noise you hear from your neighbors is insanely loud. You can hear every single step they make above you and if they are next to you, you will hear them opening and shutting cabinets. This building is not sound proof in any way at all. Be warned you will be irritated very quickly here.
