I like how clean and neighborly the community is. It's not a very obvious thing, but the fact that a lot of neighbors have potted plants outside their doors or welcome rugs speaks volumes about the trust in the community. Given, it's a gated community, but it's still nice to know I'm surrounded by good people.

The apartments are nice, and the pool is great. We moved in during COVID so the rest of the amenities were closed unfortunately arent and have remained closed. Would love to use the gym and grilling areas.

This building is the nicest I found within a 10 mile radius. I've looked for an apartment for 3 months and once I walked in I knew it was my new home. Bell South Bay is truly one of my favorite places to live. The staff is always available and helpful and the community is so beautiful, I feel like Im on vacation when Im walking to get my mail. The amenities are one of my favorite aspects about living here and although we didnt get to utilize them as much wed like to because of the pandemic, BSB made an effort to keep us safe while making changes to the ways we can utilize some amenities. Its definitely a luxury complex, from the quality of the home and environment, to the excellent staff all around.

Ive absolutely loved living here. The apartments and amenities are awesome and the leasing rates are super competitive for the area! The team is what makes this place as awesome as it is though. From day one we have been pleasantly surprised as to how great our apartment is. Jason and Kent go above and beyond to assist us with all our needs. The moment I moved into Bell South Bay, the entire has staff has been amazing, from Kent the Leasing Professional, Jason the general manager is fantastic, the maintenance team is absolutely phenomenal and the trash valet is super awesome! I love my home, I couldn't have found anything better.

From the day we had our first tour and to this very day after move in the staff here and been nothing but accommodating in every aspect. They are ready to answer any questions and will make your living experience here like no other. The property is very well taken care of and service requests are done within a 48 hour period. You cant beat that.

I've been living in Bell South Bay for about two weeks now and I am so impressed with the quality of living and with the staff overall! Incredibly helpful and efficient. Yes the apartments are on the pricey side but you get what you pay for with high quality amenities, well-done apartment construction, community safety, location, etc. So happy to be here!

Horrible parking
The parking situation for tenants is horrible. It's possible that you can't park on same floor you live due to open parking concept. They tow tenants vehicles here. They have no problem solvers to make the situation better, instead they allow the situation to get worse without truly addressing the issue. It's sad that they try and fleece tenants for some premiere parking spots they want to charge $150 extra per month, which no one pays, so you have a bunch of open spots that no one ever uses. Just be sure to ask about the parking before choosing this place. Good luck.
