I would not recommend this apartment and would look at other places if you are truly looking for a luxury apartment or plan on living here long-term. The carpets in the halls are dirty and rarely cleaned. There are dogs everywhere. They pee in the halls and even in the elevator. When you walk outside in the morning, it smells like urine from all the dogs peeing closest to the complex doors overnight. There is a dog park, but it doesn’t get cleaned and dogs get sick after playing there. Owners do not clean up after their dogs and there is usually poop left on the ground. The door to the complex entrance was broken and didn’t close and bugs were trapped inside the foyer after being attracted to the light. We would walk into a cloud of bugs some days. I don’t know if this has been fixed yet, but it was broken for months. My car was hit while parked in one of the lots and no one even left a note. Management told me twice that an email would be sent to the community to see if anyone witnessed anything and they never did it. There are no cameras in the parking lots to record things like this. The trash/recycling situation is not great. There is only one trash/recycling center for the entire complex and it frequently overfills because they only get it emptied once a week. Trash ends up piling up since its full and management blames the residents instead of having it emptied more frequently. There is a game/rec room that looks nice, but it is located above management’s office. I was using the games and apparently making too much noise, so they asked me to stop because they were trying to work and were on a phone call.

The apartment is well-furnished and the complex itself is clean. Parking lot can often be full. The rent is quite high, but location is convenient. Fitness center is an asset. The biggest problem is noise level. We have very loud neighbors above use with excessive noise and screaming weekly from the apartment above use between 1 and 3 AM several nights/week. We have complained already to Quinn35 management and the policy on multiple occasions and unfortunately this has continued for 5 months so far (so that now we are considering moving).

From management to maintenance this is a great place to live.

I really like living in Quinn 35. It's close to work. Shopping is convenient without a car. The maintenance staff is professional, fast, and friendly. The 1-bedroom apartment is ideal for young professionals.

This place is amazing. Clean, brand new, thick walls, and top notch amenities. The staff are friendly and responsive. Virtually all positive experiences. I had one issue with my faucet that was resolved the same day, and one complaint about the accumulation of packages in the hallway and management delivered them to peoples doors and sent out an email within 2 days. Theres so much to do in the area and so many amenities. I definitely recommend this place!

I like living in Quinn 35. Living here is convenient and well-equipped, and the staffs are very nice and helpful.

It's a great place to live. I feel the staff makes it that way. Their extra effort to details goes a long way.

I would strongly recommend the apartments at Qunn35 for anyone who would like a great place to live. The complex is well maintained and continues to look like a new facility. The pool and grill areas are also additional benefits along with the convenient location to stores and restaurants.

I have lived at Quinn 35 since Oct 2017. it was exactly what I was looking for at this time in my life. It checked off all the boxes and every thing was brand new. The location is perfect.

Unbelievable noisy with paper thin flooring between units ! If you are looking for peace and quiet .... this is not the place to live

Quinn35 is a safe, clean, and amenity-filled living experience. Although the rent is expensive it is worth it.

When ever I get the chance I tell people where I live, and how incredible it is! Besides hosting numerous dinner parties, I"ve taken close friends on tours of the property , they we"re all very impressed.

Quinn35 has proven to be a great choice for usthe location, the facility, the amenities, and the staff are all superb. We look forward to being here a long time.

All the staff are very professional and kind. My favorite staff member is no longer here so that made my rating go down. Tiffany was the best. Always friendly, greeting you with a smile and very professional. She was always available to help and made our stay here a positive one. I feel as though Quinn 35 lost a valuable part of our Quinn 35 family.

Apartments are ok but over priced - rent should be reduced 100$ across the board. especially since services are minimal now.

Maintenance responds in an efficient and timely manner.

In all my years of renting at different places the staff at Quinn35 goes far and beyond to let you know your important. Your thoughts and feelings matter. Everyone wears a mask and they make you feel safe during this ongoing pandemic. I'm very proud to be a part of the Quinn35 family.

Quinn 35 is ideally located for people from all sectors...retirees...professionals...families.....etc. The amenities are always well taken care of and the management team J..C..T do a very good job overall. Thank you for all you do.

My daughter and I have been residents of Quinn35 for two years (and just re-signed our lease for another two years). We love its location, its amenities, and the people within our building. More importantly, my daughter is a student within the truly exceptional Shrewsbury Public School system, and we have access to any and all major highways, should we need them. All in all, living here has been a terrific experience for us.

Quinn35 community is Home to me from the moment I walked into the apt on my tour. The space is amazing and I enjoy the amenities!

A wonderful place to live! Gorgeous, clean, modern apartments with a wonderful attentive staff, great facilities, and friendly people. We love living here (and our puppy does too!)!!

Quinn 35 is a very unique place...I love where I love and would like to believe its status is not compromised because of residents violating policy.
