And not just on the grass. It's on the sidewalks. It's in the parking lot. It's even on the stairs. Especially at night, it's impossible to walk around without stepping in something, and the dog park is completely unusable. Once in a while they send out an e-mail reminding people to pick up after their dogs, but nothing changes. If you enjoy outdoor activities, have a dog of your own, or even a favorite pair of shoes, look for a complex with better policies and solutions.

On this rainy day I went to look at 3 apartment communities that I am interested in moving to when my current lease is up. Bell Roper Mountain won me over hands down!! Those guys work together wonderfully and they take great pride in their community and their jobs. I had the pleasure of meeting each one of them on my visit. Austin. Thad and Mark ! They had the best attitudes compared to the other two places I went too where when I walked in the attitudes I got from the Office staff was BLAH! But not at Bell Roper Mountain!! These guys were on their toes the minute I walked in the door. They helped me make my decision as to where i will be moving too ! Absolutely loved the office staff and the vibe there ! Definitely recommend seeing these guys if you are looking to move to Greenville SC. They absolutely rock ! Thanks Guys for making my search so much easier and pleasant !! See yall soon !!

I love my apartment and if I have any problem here I know it would be taken care of immediately.
Bell Roper is a great place to live. It's a short drive to all the Woodruff Rd shopping, and an even shorter drive to 385. We go downtown every weekend and usually on the weekdays just because the drive is so convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I've met a ton of neighbors and they're great too. The pet policy is reasonable, and they have a dog park for my pup to meet other pups at. We've enjoyed our time here!
Great atmosphere, wonderful clubhouse, pool, and fitness room. Groundskeeping is excellent.

I like Bell Roper Mountain apartments because the management staff is friendly, the maintenance staff is efficient and they respect your property. You can trust them to go into your apartment when you're not home and they don't touch it move anything. The location is close enough to shopping and downtown but it's quiet.

I am so happy to call Bell Roper Mountain my home. The office staff and the maintenance staff are exceptional. They go above and beyond for the residents. I would highly recommend this apartment community.

Ive really loved everything so far! Between the leasing process for us since we were out of state up until today. We love the neighborhood and love so much about our apartment that we constantly already think about amour renewal.

Great layout.. love the location and my apartment but Please fix the bug problem. I've only been here 2 months never had a problem at my last place downtown. I have seen 5 water bug/ roaches in my home since I moved in. I am a very clean person and this is a very bad situation to have to deal with.

My family and I are very happy to have chosen Bell Roper apartments as our home. We are enjoying our nest. The apartment is spacious and very well distributed. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Our leasing process to move in was smooth and stress free. They are always willing to help. Maintenance requests are attended and fixed in a timely manner.

I have been here at Bell Roper Mountain for almost a year. I can honestly say I have never been treated better. The property is clean, the apartments are well maintained, and it is quiet. Maintenance staff is superb! The new assistance manager of the property, Mark, has been attentive, professional, and extremely polite. If you want a great community to be a part of, this place is for you.

Coming from out of state, Bell Roper is quiet, clean, and affordable. Staff is very friendly, and Bell Roper offers many other activities to where they include all tenants.
