The amenities were well-maintained, and the environment was clean, safe, and quiet—ideal for both work and relaxation. Communication was clear, maintenance requests were handled promptly, and any issues were resolved efficiently. Overall, the experience provided a strong sense of comfort and stability, making it a great place to call home.

It's feels great staying at Bell. If you are looking for cosy, private and friendly neighbourhood, then you should definitely tour at The bell at perimeter.

Its been a very good experience so far. The reason I moved here is that they have spacious apartments. Love the area as the perimeter mall is just 5 min walking distance. Management should be more responsive on receiving calls and online service requests. The calls never been answered.

Great place to live at. We haven't had a single bad experience in our 2 years of living at bell perimeter..great amenities...wonderful & walkable neighborhood...many restaurants and shopping near by10/10

The community is quite and peaceful for the most part. 4 stars coz the infrastructure is old . The elevator breaks down regularly and the cleanliness could be better.

I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I have to say, this apartment complex has exceeded my expectations. From the start, the management team has been incredibly responsive and friendly. Whenever I’ve needed assistance with anything, they’ve been quick to resolve issues, making the whole living experience smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here. It’s a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Overall I enjoy the living experience here. Any maintenance issues takes longer to be fixed than one would like. Day to day lifestyle is great but if there’s a maintenance issue prepare to wait.

Great place to live in! Amenties, maintenance and response to any equipment issues are just excellent. Staff are very friendly, especially Martin!

Decent locality. The community is quite and clean for the most part. The infrastructure is very old and hasn't been updated in a long time. My tub is broken and so are the bathroom fixtures. The elevator breaks down every other month and is not fixed for months on end.

Relatively easy move in process. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, offering lots of personal assistance throughout the process. Plus, the apartment complex is super nice!

we’ve been here for 3ish years and it’s been great. Safe, close to everything! Noise level is decent. Could be better but not the worse. Wish they’d update the washer and dryer units though

I love it here! The community, down to my other tenants is beyond amazing. It’s very quiet and clean. I feel very safe living here. The area is near lots of stores that are convenient.

Nice. Really appreciated the fact that everything was set for my move in. Had some issues in the apartment that were all resolved the same day due to the amazing work of the maintenance staff.

Well maintained apartments and appreciate the customer friendly attitude from all the office staff. Martin needs to be called out as he has been of great help from day one.

The trash piles up in the rooms now and smells the hallways. And gates and call box break a lot. But Everything else has been fine. The staff is very nice

We’ve been living here for 3 years now. And it’s taken somewhat of a downhill turn. Still good apartments and staff but trash is piled up in the trash room. And neighbors are extra noisy now.

I love the community and the management. The maintenance team is great as well!!The only thing that I don’t like is that it smells like weed and cigarettes in the hallway and on the balcony even though it’s a smoke free community

The community is quite and clean for the most part. The location is good and the maintenance staff is very helpful. There are instances where people play loud music or smoke in their homes and blow it into the vents. The leasing office hasn't been able to do much about the smoking.

If you want to live in a place where people don't respect rules and where the administrators don't care about your dissatisfaction, Perimeter Center is the place. My biggest and ignored problem is the only neighbor I have next door, who starts smoking marijuana at 5am and continues throughout the day when they are home. Perimeter ignored several complaints, going against their own rule of no smoking inside the apartment, even though they know who the resident is that does this.... People let their dogs relieve themselves in the hallway, elevator, and don't clean up, people take up two parking spaces and don't care about the rest... etc. If you don't mind any of this, at least there's a shopping mall nearby.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID the headache and aggravation from living here. I've been a resident in your Perimeter Center East property on two occasions- both multiple years. The first time (2014-2017) was awesome. The facility and maintenance were great. This current stint (2022- present) has been horrible. The maintenance is beyond reprehensible. It's been weeks since the stairwells have been cleaned smelling of weed or urine, maintenance responds when/if they feel like it, and the trash service is terrible. My heat was out multiple times and days with emergency calls and maintenance requests were ignored or blatantly closed without being serviced. Now, the temperature is getting warm, and my AC unit is blowing hot air. On 4/30/24 when I arrived home, my apartment was 95°. I called the emergency number, no response. I called the next day to follow up and nobody has a clue on the issue. There have been 2-3 people who have come to check the unit and I'm still without AC on 5/6/24. When attempting to follow up today @ 12 during my break, I was first told there wasn't a ticket for my issue. Then the maintenance supervisor gets on and doesn't even give me a chance to speak. Every time I attempted to say something, he would just cut me off. If you like apartments with poor/non-responsive maintenance, this is your place. I will be moving at my first opportunity.

The actual unit is very nice! but the amenities are not great. The elevators are constantly glitching/slow, parking is not good, and the gym is quite possibly one of the worst apartment gyms i have ever seen. Your rent definitely does not go towards updating any amenities whatsoever.

Great apartment hands down! Hard to beat for the area and price. Leasing office and maintenance are quick to respond. Only negative is the pool in building 2000 is closed majority of the time.

The moving in experience was very good! The apartments are good value for the price, the balconies are good and well maintained. It is situated at prime location too close to perimeter mall.

The community is not smoke free as written in the lease. People smoke in their homes. The smoke travels through the vent to other apartments. I have complained about this several times. There has been no action taken by the community other than sending a cursory email to the residents.

This is our third year living here and we have no complaints! This is a great area and safe! Love that we are also close to everything! Great staff and apartments

Martin made my move-in very smooth. I had to move up my date due to my out-of-country trip going badly and he was quick to assist me. So far I am loving my apartment and my new neighbors.

I used to love this complex when I first moved in, but the quality of the living experience has consistently decreased, while the rent has steadily increased. It's not as clean, it's nosier, maintenance responds slower (if at all), and the front office staff aren't nearly as friendly or accommodating. Plus, on my most recent renewal letter, the rent I was paying for my one-bedroom is now the cost of a two-bedroom for a new lease. There's zero loyalty to current residents, the amenities are space, I can't even tell you the last time they had a proper resident event. I HATE moving, but once it became obvious the price I was paying didn't exceed or even meet the standard, it was time to go. I found a newer, much nicer place with a ton more perks for just a little more. Would I have recommended this place in 2019? Absolutely. Would I recommend it now? Absolutely NOT.

I love living here! This is my first apartment complex that I’ve had absolutely no issues with. Martin is very accommodating, always in high spirits and with to resolve any minor issue asap. Maintenance is also very quick to respond with issues. My dishwasher broke and within two weeks I’ve had a couple attempts to fix it before just ordering a brand new one all together. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet. I love the safety of the complex and overall just in love with my home and amenities. 10/10 recommend!

It has been great so far, Martin from the start was super, environment is top tier, I have a pool view and that’s the room where I set up my work from home office and it has been amazing so relaxing!!!!!

I recently moved in this apartments and so for had an amazing experience. Avn has been very helpful and knowledgeable. The maintance team has been quick at any maintance requests.

Everything worked good, the staff was very nice and we’re happy. The apartment was clean, service guys were super professional and proactive.

The community the building is located in is a perfect location. Shopping, dining, entertainment and work life. Highway access super easy. The property is a different story. It’s 2 pools but one of them never works long enough to use. Looks like a swamp and horrible eyesight when trying to enjoy your balcony. There are no trash cans in the common areas so trash is visible at times and the gate to the garage is always broken so your property is always at risk.

I am loving the new changes of the property. From the office staff and maintenance and my overall experience since moving here has been amazing.

The Bell is great! Especially maintenance! They’re so kind and very responsive. Some of the facilities are outdated (especially the elevators and the parking garage) and there’s some added on fees that aren’t disclosed when you sign the lease. Nothing too out of the ordinary tho! Overall it’s a great place to live!

Great apartment, newly renovated, general bugs, nothing too crazy. It's difficult to get packages delivered and it's complicated to explain to guests where to park and enter.

A nice and friendly community. We can work out in the gym and have online meetings in the comon computer reooms for the residents. This makes working from home much easier since at&t connection is poor here even though I have unlimited data. Also, the Perimeter Mall and Target are within walking distance. One can enjoy life here.

Just celebrated a sixth (6th) year anniversary, I think that’s a sign of a good community… convenient location, quiet, walkable, grocery, shops, eateries, and easy access to expressway.

My experience at Bell Perimeter Apartments is great. They are some experience that are not good but this is expected in an apartment complex. Overall, I rate the a five.
