Advenir at Lighthouse Point

Amazing apartments there are a few things I dislike about management they use maintenance to snoop for them and tell what’s going on in your apartments.they also send emails every week on how you can’t use amenities such as pool and game room on property in gatherings especially on holidays. No parking in the garage for the tenants and the dogs always leave pee in elevator throw up in the hallway.

Clean quiet great place for pets , the staff is all so friendly and helpful with anything needed! I would highly suggest living here .

It is always been a top-flight experience with the management staff and I get you a long way when you’re staying in an apartment complex. It’s clean quiet courteous environment I plan to stay here until I buy a house.

Ive let people know that this is a safe and great location. Management are nice and easy to work with. Its a nice place to reside.

This apartment charges you a lot to live in a smoke free building but they never do anything a lot everyone smoking weed this apartment staff do not take care of this issue for the past almost two years

Im loving this community because the environment here is nice and quite. What I really like is it's very close like 4 mins drive to Whole foods, Publix, Staples and all other Shopping malls, Restaurants and grocery stores. This place is very commute to travel in. Near enough from the beaches. The pool and the gym are really great along with the other amenities, very well kept.

Its been great so far since moving in. Any issues Ive had have been quickly fixed by the maintenance team and Harry and Stephanie have been super helpful with the whole move in process. Super happy I chose this community!

Bell Lighthouse Point has been amazing. The ability to learn and adapt as we all navigate challenges of the time is awesome. The general manager adapts and sets the tone so that this is a community anyone would enjoy being a part of

Great Property and management. They really know what they are doing. They are always doing things to improve to make the residence very happier and a lot more easier.

Lighthouse Point is a beautiful city and Bell apartment was the best choice for me after moving two times in the area. Nice pool and gym, quiet apartments with everything I need.

We recently moved into Bell Lighthouse and are so happy here. We had maintenance come in to fix a lightbulb and some other things we noticed when we moved in. Within 2 hours they came and fixed all issues we had. Living here has been a dream. We hardly ever hear neighbors above or next to us (live on first floor).

Overall great except for people being loud and obnoxious in the evening at the pool disrupting others

My experience as a resident was very good until Bell Partners took over and now I cannot wait to leave

They are trying to make things better, but fall short of making lasting improvements. Some of the asthetics have improved, but core issues like security have fallen by the wayside.

I love the management at this property as they treat me like a member of their family.

I have been living at Bell Lighthouse Point since October/2019 and I have lived in others Bell communities as Boca Town Center and Coconut Creek and for sure, there is no comparison...everything is better, everyone in the staff is always kindly and helpful with us, they are available when we need and also Harry and the maintenance team are amazing, they deserve to be highlighted because they are so professional and for sure they have been making the difference for all residents at the community. I highly recommend Bell Lighthouse Point for everyone!

I couldnt have asked for a better management team. They worked with me during Covid and let me know i wasnt alone. The maintenance in this place is amazing, I had one issue and it got fixed within an hour. Couldnt ask for a better place to live. Shane

Its a nice place to live. I would not recommend residing here unless they get rid of the hallways being locked to residence and the need to always have your cell phone app to unlock and get into/out of your apartment/unit inside the building. Having locked hallways is absurd.

The place has everything to be excellent, but needs to improve in some aspects, access facilities and security.

I was a resident for three years. When Bell took over the management, things went downhill pretty fast. Common grounds maintenance suffered, security gates and elevators were broke down more than they were up. And the rents kept being inflated. They decided to replace the key fob security clicker with a way too complicated phone app system that was glitch-ridden at best. Without your phone, you could not gain access to your home. If you take out your trash at night, you have to remember to take your phone, otherwise you were locked out of the building. If you are carrying bags of groceries from your car, you had to somehow jockey your phone into your hand, unlock it, open the app and hope that the system was not glitching out. Ridiculous. When I decided to move out, I gave two months notice as required in my contract. I moved out a day before my scheduled departure. It was a Saturday and the office was closed so I could not return the keys until a few days later when my work schedule allowed. I had thoroughly cleaned the apartment to assure that my security deposit would not be jeopardized. When I received it, it was $133 short. They claimed that since I returned my keys two days late, the penalized me for two days rent. I provided them with the invoice from my mover showing that I had actually vacated 1 day early. They sent me an email with a clause hidden somewhere in my 5 page lease that they don't count the apartment as vacant until they receive the keys. Reasonable, yet they should have spelled this out for me when I went to the office to inform them that I was moving the next day. Not professional and not a way to treat a loyal resident of three years. The facility is quite nice, tho the rents are out of proportion to the rest of the market. I enjoyed my residence there until the end, when Bell took over management. If you decide to live there, READ YOUR LEASE. They are not resident-friendly.

Bell Lighthouse Point is One of the greatest places I ever chose to live The staff is so caring, the maintenance resolves any issue in a timely matter and at your convenience, but last the amenities Fun and so convenient. Im so happy I made the right decision and excited to call Bell Lighthouse Point my home

So me and my lady move in the beginning of January and I feel the building is beautiful the apartments just perfect, amenities Wow and the management is excellent. Everyone on staff including the maintenance have been so caring since day one’ Highly recommend this place. Love I could call this place my home!!!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Management used to be good when it was Overlook Pointe but new management let the place go to trash. Ever since new management took over there have been multiple car break-ins, dog poop all over the hallways that sit there for days, stains on the floors that stay there for days, the gate never works, fobs never work, elevators are always down, trash sits in the parking garage for weeks and smells terrible, ect. I could go on and on. We were set on staying another year until we were ready to buy a house but there is no way we are staying any longer than we have to. I wouldn't recommend this place to live. Unsafe and filthy.
